Strong Digital Risk Monitoring with Great Deep & Dark Web Coverage and Fewer False Positives
What do you like best about the product?
we are using CloudSEK for digital risk monitoring we are getting values from all the modules. The coverage in Deep and Dark web is good compared to other vendors. The tools also gives less false positives because of the Nexus AI feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, we’ve faced a lot of slowness with the CloudSEK application. The reports could be improved, and the new Incident Management dashboard also needs refinement.
Overall, the product is good, but it still lacks some basic UI features.

CloudSEK covers a variety of leak sources and provides us with credential leak information. Since we are a B2C company, it makes sense for us to keep a close eye on credential breaches. From a dark web perspective, it also gives us the latest reports and IOCs.

It is a very efficient attack surface management tool that reduces the manual effort needed to monitor everything across the organization and is pretty accurate. What stands out to me is the real-time monitoring and the accuracy of the alerts generated. In our SOC department, where we need 24/7 monitoring and analyzing threats, CloudSEK provides real-time alerts and in-depth analysis and descriptions, which help us take action. The tool's accuracy significantly reduces human labor, and it is quite a reliable tool. The initial setup was very smooth.

A feature that allows analysts to add comments or dispositions to multiple events or incidents in bulk would greatly improve efficiency. Additionally, the platform has a learning curve for new users due to its wide range of features, and reporting customization could be more flexible to better suit different stakeholder needs.
