What do you like best about the product?
Unified Threat Intelligence Platform,Real-Time Digital Risk Monitoring,AI-Powered Correlation & Prioritization,Easy Integration&implementation, Best customer support and frequency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes alerts are many false positives,Some alerts lack detailed remediation steps,The dashboard can feel a bit cluttered sometimes,Mobile app experience is limited or missing.

Cloudsek monitors the surface, deep, and dark web for data leaks, brand monitoring and threat actor activity.
It automates threat detection and provide real-time alerts.

CloudSek: Excellent Brand Protection Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best External threat protection tool, Every function is smooth. Best part that i really like is immediate takedown of any imposter or fake pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Everything is good. Easy to understand and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediate Takedown of any fake domain or imposter. Threat detection and response is very quick and realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using CloudSEK Xvigil to monitor for our originating digital risk. As a DRP and TI product, the expectation is to have solid coverage on Dark web forums and private channels used by the threat actors for communication, monitor all such channels and give us visibility on any such attacks that takes place . CloudSEK has been helping us in providing such key details to take preventive actions.
We are happy with the findings and the support provided by the team, we count on CloudsSEK for intelligence and in-depth analysis of data breaches globally across IT and service industry

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting - Generating any sort of report like ROI , executive , incident and threat report is tricky , it needs lot of cleanup , a suggestion for the team is to add dynamic dashboards and visualization which can help us in understanding overall score compared our peers in the industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support - The team on the ground has been helping us a lot during any kind of investigation , we can always rely on them on any new threat vectors/TTP and IOC etc,
Product road map - the agentic AI solution looks promising , it solves a lot of problems and gives us a overall risk and quantifies and shows us the near accurate scores
Vision - CloudSEK has improved a lot over a period of time , they have great team building great product

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using CloudSEK for the past 2 years for Digital Risk Monitoring. Our main goal was to protect our brand, and it has helped by detecting phishing campaigns and scams. The support is excellent, and the new features look promising
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is complex at times, very hard to get any reports to showcase it to the management. Incident dashboard and reporting needs improvement. CloudSEK can do lot better in user expereince section.

CloudSEK’s Agentic AI solution has reduced analyst workload and provides a clear overview of all risks, along with comparisons to industry standards. Our overall experience has been good—the tool hasn’t missed any major incidents and always alerts us at the right time

What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK tool has a great telemetry data and helps identify the threats in deep and dark web. XVigil helps in Brand monitoring and identify all phishing urls , fake profiles etc. BeVigil has great exposure management and vulnerability management.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Interface, it lacks very basic features like Incident dashboard, Custom reports and other customized reports etc. Need a lot of work on it.

We are using it for one of our Customer who are into PSU. they have lot of threats in infra ever since we deployed the findings have been great.

CloudSek real time threat intelligence and intuitive interface have been impressive. Its a solid tool thats quickly become valuable for our cybersecurity needs.

UI can improve no report generation option. need to relay on customer success and product service team for reports

The brand monitoring, Dark Web checks, and attack surface tracking give us the right updates when we need them.

What do you like best about the product?
Earlier we worked with another vendor but didn’t get enough visibility into scams and threats. We were looking for a more advanced solution to detect such risks. CloudSEK has been very useful, giving us strong coverage for brand protection as well as deep and dark web monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be improved, especially for building dashboards around incidents and exposures. Right now, it feels limited and doesn’t provide useful visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK has been very good. It gives us quick notifications of all the Threat intelligence related incidents and alerts us regarding any new CVE and zero days.

We’ve been using CloudSEK for a few years and it has been really helpful. The alerts come in on time and let us fix issues quickly. The dashboard is very easy to use, which saves us a lot of time when something urgent happens.

The lack of UI and dashboards, need lot of improvements on the UI visitations. There are no plugins and connectors which can be integrated with the tools such as power bi

We have been using cloud check from past few years the alert that comes in related to threat intelligence and digital risk monitoring has been really helpful it also gives overview of all the scams that are running including some of the critical cyber incidents across the globe.

Need maturity in terms of handling threat intelligence IOC's feeds and information on global cyber security incidents.

We're using cloudSEK mainly for the digital risk monitoring and attack surface monitoring. CloudSEK highlights any threats that we observe in any of the public facing assets and it also tells us our exposure in terms of dark web,deep web and surface web.
