Efficient Digital Risk Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for takedowns, the efficiency of findings, and the customer support and customizations in CloudSEK. It makes brand monitoring, digital risk management, and managing the attack surface much easier. The setup was very easy and convenient too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think CloudSEK could use more AI and ML features to create filters and correlations. The tool kind of feels like other tools in terms of overall functionality, and there isn't anything super innovative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK provides better discovery and insights in the digital risk domain. It helps manage the attack surface of publicly exposed assets and simplifies tackling findings. Its ease of use enhances brand monitoring and digital risk management efficiency.
Highly Accurate Security Monitoring Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use CloudSEK primarily for monitoring security threats and alerts, and for managing them. It is a very efficient attack surface management tool that reduces the manual effort needed to monitor everything across the organization and is pretty accurate. What stands out to me is the real-time monitoring and the accuracy of the alerts generated. In our SOC department, where we need 24/7 monitoring and analyzing threats, CloudSEK provides real-time alerts and in-depth analysis and descriptions, which help us take action. The tool's accuracy significantly reduces human labor, and it is quite a reliable tool. The initial setup was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it is the best tool in the world.

I use CloudSEK for cyber threat monitoring, risk detection, and protecting our digital assets. It helps us with CVE scanning, DNS scanning, brand monitoring, and identifying vulnerabilities.
AI-Powered Threat Intelligence That Delivers Actionable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about CloudSEK is its AI-driven, predictive threat intelligence that provides early visibility into emerging digital risks. The platform effectively correlates signals from surface, deep, and dark web sources and presents them as contextual, actionable insights, which helps reduce alert fatigue and enables faster, more informed response by security teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where CloudSEK could improve is bulk alert management—when there are a large number of alerts, distinguishing between false positives and true positives can be time-consuming. A feature that allows analysts to add comments or dispositions to multiple events or incidents in bulk would greatly improve efficiency. Additionally, the platform has a learning curve for new users due to its wide range of features, and reporting customization could be more flexible to better suit different stakeholder needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK solves the problem of limited visibility into external digital threats and the challenge of proactively identifying risks before they impact the organization. By continuously monitoring surface, deep, and dark web sources, it detects phishing, brand abuse, data leaks, and emerging attack vectors. This benefits me by reducing manual monitoring effort, prioritizing high-risk threats, enabling faster response times, and improving overall situational awareness, which strengthens our organization’s cybersecurity posture and risk management.
Comprehensive Threat Visibility and Effortless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
he ability to gain timely and actionable visibility into external threats such as brand abuse, phishing, exposed digital assets, and attack surface risks from a single platform. The solution is easy to use once onboarded, straightforward to implement, and integrates well with existing security workflows. Strong customer support, frequent day-to-day use, and a broad set of features make it a practical and reliable platform for managing external risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no significant problems, although, as with any platform offering a wide range of features, teams might require a brief adjustment period to become fully comfortable and make the most of all available capabilities. Certain aspects, like reporting and integrations, could benefit from ongoing development as the needs of the organization expand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK tackles the challenge of limited and fragmented visibility into external threats, including brand abuse, phishing campaigns, exposed digital assets, and attack surface risks. By bringing these capabilities together within a single platform, it helps minimize blind spots and delivers timely, actionable intelligence. This approach allows for quicker detection, improved prioritization of genuine risks, and a more proactive response, ultimately enhancing external threat awareness and bolstering the organization’s overall security posture.
Centralized Threat Intelligence Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK provides a centralized and intuitive platform for threat intelligence, dark web monitoring, and brand protection making it suitable for daily use by security teams. The dashboards are easy to navigate, alerts are actionable, and incidents are well-correlated, which significantly reduces analysis time. The platform is quick to implement, integrates smoothly with existing workflows, and the customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While CloudSEK is feature-rich, the volume of alerts can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during high-activity periods. Additionally, some advanced features have a learning curve and could benefit from more in-product guidance or documentation for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps identify external threats such as phishing domains, credential leaks, brand impersonation, and exposed digital assets before they escalate into major incidents. By providing early visibility and contextual intelligence, it enables faster response, improved prioritization, and proactive risk mitigation, ultimately reducing security incidents and protecting organizational reputation.
Actionable Alerts and Proactive Security with CloudSEK
What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK (specifically their XVigil platform) turns noise into actual "hey, you should fix this" alerts. Instead of "hackers are talking."
Their BeVigil, a free search engine for mobile app security, allows users to scan apps for security holes, which shows that they actually care about making the internet safer.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard was complex and overwhelming when I started and switching between different modules (like Brand Monitoring vs. Infrastructure) felt a bit clunkyNew users often find it has a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It monitors for brand impersonation. CloudSEK’s team can initiate a takedown against fake Facebook page or phishing site to get it removed before a student loses money.
Actionable Intelligence Meets Seamless Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Deep and Dark web and Attack surface management these 2 modules I have been using, the best part is that it delivers what is required.
there are sub modules which delivers the result which are beneficial to my organization in closing those and taking the right action at the right time.
Its ease of implementation and integration with different platforms which helped me out in not logging in the console and incident being raised directly.
Cloudsek customer support actively helps in resolving out the issues at the earlieast
I feel the product is super user friendly and delivers what is needed.

I feel the product is super user friendly and delivers what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary challenge we currently face is the signal-to-noise ratio in the alerting system. The platform generates a high volume of events, and since not all events qualify as actionable incidents, the ratio of false positives to true positives is high. Enhancing the native tuning capabilities to reduce this initial "noise" would significantly boost operational efficiency and further reduce manual triage time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand protection, since from the day we started using Cloudsek it helped us to identify all the fake pages, stolen credentials, git repos, cloudsek team helped us to take it down.
ASM module helped me to identify all the open vulnerabilities which attacker could leverage. Since the scanning are continuous so the frequency of re-occurrence reduced and any new observation gets highlighted so that it can be fixed at the earlies.

Outstanding Credential Breach Detection for Attack Surface Management and brand reputation managemen
What do you like best about the product?
The credential breach module and compromised computer were very best for attack surface management. As it provides list of working credentials that are publicly leaked
What do you dislike about the product?
even if a vulnerability is not mitigated yet in the next biweekly report its not get reflected additionally there are false positive for credential breach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us in taking down brand impersonation
