What do you like best about the product?
I like CloudSEK's wide range of external threat monitoring, which it provides in one platform. The monitoring of exposed APIs and code repositories is especially useful, as it helps us quickly identify leaked credentials or sensitive info and take action early. It was also easy to deploy, and the customer support team were very encouraging and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts can require additional tuning to reduce noise and prioritize the most relevant findings. Also, room for improvement for workflow automation during investigations, especially when handling multiple related alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps us proactively identify external threats before they impact us. It improves threat visibility by monitoring deep web activity, detecting credential leaks, phishing domains, and tracks exposed assets and potential data leaks, enhancing our SOC team's operations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and reporting experience can be improved. Extracting specific information sometimes requires multiple searches and filtering, especially when handling larger volumes of alerts.

CloudSEK XVigil has been useful for monitoring phishing attacks, fake recruitment activities, and online impersonation targeting our company. We noticed several scam campaigns where attackers created fake career pages and messaging groups using our branding to target candidates. The platform helped us identify suspicious websites, leaked credentials, and fake mobile applications at an early stage.

In CloudSEK tool multiple filters and repeated searches are often required to get the required data. The dashboard can also feel cluttered during high alert volumes, and some alerts need additional tuning to reduce repetitive notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the major issues we faced was fake hiring campaigns where attackers created fake job portals, recruiter profiles, and phishing pages using our company name. XVigil helped us detect suspicious domains, fake recruitment activities, and credential theft attempts at an early stage. The platform was also useful in identifying stock and investment scams using our company branding, along with fake mobile apps that looked similar to internal employee applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can also feel cluttered during high alert volumes, making investigations slightly time consuming. Some alerts are repetitive during large phishing campaigns and require additional tuning to reduce noise. Overall, our experience with XVigil has been positive and operationally helpful for external threat monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK's platform strikes an impressive balance between power and usability. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it accessible for both technical analysts and less technical stakeholders who need to quickly understand the organization's threat posture. XVigil's surface, deep, and dark web monitoring is comprehensive. it continuously scans thousands of sources including forums, marketplaces, Telegram, and code hosting sites. I've found the data leak monitoring particularly valuable; it surfaces leaked credentials, phishing domains, and brand impersonation attempts that we would have missed with manual monitoring. The recent addition of Nexus AI has noticeably improved the signal-to-noise ratio, helping the team focus on genuine threats rather than drowning in alerts. On top of the technology, the customer success team is responsive, technically knowledgeable, and proactive. they genuinely partner with you rather than just handing over a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert volume can be overwhelming out of the box. Without proper tuning, you'll encounter a fair number of false positives particularly around credential breach alerts and domain impersonation detections. The initial setup requires a real investment of time to calibrate rules and reduce noise to a manageable level. There's also room for improvement in the native tuning capabilities; more granular filtering options directly in the UI would save time compared to working with the support team to dial things in. The pricing is on the higher side, which could be a consideration for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK solves the problem of blind spots across the external threat landscape. Before using it, we were reactive finding out about data leaks or phishing domains through third parties or, worse, after an incident occurred. Now we receive near real-time alerts on leaked data, lookalike domains, dark web mentions, and infrastructure exposures. This has directly reduced our mean time to detection and shifted our team from a reactive posture to a proactive one. The phishing domain takedown capability has also been a differentiator having an in-house takedown team that drives cases to confirmed removal saves us hours of manual reporting to hosting providers and registrars.

What do you like best about the product?
Effective threat intelligence with real-time alerts on external risks. The dark web and surface web monitoring delivers actionable insights that help me understand what matters and respond quickly. I also find the dashboard user-friendly, making investigations and reporting much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert tuning can get noisy and often requires manual fine‑tuning to keep it under control. Report and workflow customization also feels limited, which makes it harder to tailor things to our needs. On top of that, there’s a steep learning curve when you start working with the more advanced features and configuration options.

What is our primary use case?
CloudSEK BeVigil Enterprise is a tool that continuously monitors the internet and dark web to detect fake domains, phishing, and brand misuse related to our organization, Varun Beverages. For anything related to Varun Beverages, if anybody is misusing our organization or if any domain that a third party is using is being misused, it will provide prevention for that.
There is also SVigil, which is related to supply chain management. It helps us protect vendor software and third-party risk. Whatever third-party risk we have or what vendors they are using, if we go with a demo or any proof of concept, this is a combination of the IT team and the supply chain management team. It watches our vendors and third-party software for any kind of security risk.
What is most valuable?
The best feature I love is that it protects our brand and identity online, which is the main thing. For example, it can easily differentiate between what is a real website and which is a fake website, and it provides brand impersonation risk detection as well.
It provides real-time alerts in the portal, so it continuously scans twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. It provides deep and dark web monitoring and information from social media and app stores. Monitoring is non-stop in real-time to detect threats early.
I recommend this platform because it uses AI plus threat intelligence technology that identifies phishing leaks and impersonations. If anything is going to happen, this tool provides early threat detection, which is beneficial for our company. It provides real-time alert triggers and generates instant alerts.
What needs improvement?
I think it still needs improvement in alert accuracy, the vulnerability depth, and full SOC automation.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using CloudSEK BeVigil Enterprise, which is a Digital Risk Protection platform, for almost one and a half years.
What other advice do I have?
I think it will definitely improve as the technology is already evolving. From time to time as we are learning, the AI is getting stronger and stronger. The threat landscape keeps evolving. The best part is that CloudSEK already focuses on predictive threat intelligence and the real-time alerts they are giving, along with automation and integration, which is very helpful for our organization. AI and generative AI are there, and there will be smarter AI detection technologies from time to time as it evolves.
One more thing I want to add is that they are already working on integration and automation so that we can integrate our whole SOC tools, SIEM tools, SOAR tools, or ticketing tools with this product.
Every day they are fetching reports, so what we have done is create a unified dashboard with visibility and better correlations of multiple tools. We have an executive-level dashboard that we check day to day for better visibility. This has also helped leadership so they can get better visibility on that. The deeper vulnerability intelligence feature that they have is a very good feature as they can provide what the top OWASP attacks are, what application high critical vulnerabilities exist, and what security misconfigurations are present. I rate this solution a nine overall.

What do you like best about the product?

The alerts are accurate and help us identify potential risks before they become major issues. I also appreciate the clean and user-friendly dashboard, which makes monitoring simple and efficient for the entire team. Additionally, the strong customer support and quick response from the team make the overall experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our experience has been smooth, and there is very little to dislike. At times, we feel that some reports or alerts could include even more detailed context for faster analysis, but this has not significantly impacted our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are particularly looking for even faster takedown of phishing sites and brand impersonation attempts. While the platform already helps in detection and response, quicker takedown actions would further strengthen brand protection, reduce risk exposure, and improve overall security effectiveness.
