What do you like best about the product?
CloudSek, as a threat intelligence tool, has a lot of capabilities that can help a SOC analyst identify various threats in real time. I also like its different features, such as the SSL scanner and DNS scanner, which can help web applications maintain their security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It produces a very large number of alerts, which can be hectic to analyze. Sometimes it repeats the same alert multiple times, even after a resolution has been provided from the company’s end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization with a capacity of 15,000 or more, handling security can be a bit difficult. This tool helps us identify security flaws related to employee security risks and protects our brand image by providing alerts about issues found across the dark web and the internet.

I think CloudSEK could use more AI and ML features to create filters and correlations. The tool kind of feels like other tools in terms of overall functionality, and there isn't anything super innovative.

I use CloudSEK primarily for monitoring security threats and alerts, and for managing them. It is a very efficient attack surface management tool that reduces the manual effort needed to monitor everything across the organization and is pretty accurate. What stands out to me is the real-time monitoring and the accuracy of the alerts generated. In our SOC department, where we need 24/7 monitoring and analyzing threats, CloudSEK provides real-time alerts and in-depth analysis and descriptions, which help us take action. The tool's accuracy significantly reduces human labor, and it is quite a reliable tool. The initial setup was very smooth.
