    Overview

Moving to the cloud has never been easier with CDW's VMware Cloud on AWS solution. CDWs Architects have years of experience assisting organizations with on-prem and cloud infrastructures. Our team understands the demands of moving away from traditional on-prem environments into the cloud and how that effects organizations. VMware Cloud on AWS allows organizations to extend into AWS, migrate and manage their new cloud-based environment with familiar VMware tools, architecture, and experience. CDW’s VMware Cloud on AWS offerings have been designed to our assist customers wherever they are on their journey while building the roadmap for the future of your business. Paths to Success:

    • VMware Cloud on AWS Accelerator – Test your environment, ensure compatibility, and ease the tension of running your business on VMC. Build out your infrastructure for a proof-of-concept (POC) or pilot Hybrid VMware Cloud environment. This will allow your organization to prove the technology and ensure it meets your functional business requirements prior to fully migrating or deploying production workloads.
    • VMware Cloud on AWS Technical Readiness Workshop – Meet with the CDW Cloud Architect team to review your organization’s needs, requirements and business drivers for your move to VMware Cloud on AWS. Start by analyzing the on-prem environment and create and implementation plan to prepare.
    • VMware Cloud on AWS Enterprise – Once the POC is complete and the benefits of VMC are proven, you can deploy a production-grade VMC Infrastructure utilizing a VMware-based Software-defined Data Center to support your organization’s data center expansion or migration of on-premises workloads.
    • VMware Cloud on AWS Migration – CDW will facilitate the migration of existing on-premises VMware-based workloads and builds on existing foundations to accelerate the movement of workloads into a VMware Cloud on AWS.
    • VMware Cloud on AWS Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery – Utilize VMware Cloud Disaster Recovery as part of our overall business resiliency plans for reasons including, but not limited to, business continuity, compliance with industry regulations, protection against disasters, ransomware, and security breaches.
