Overview
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for maintenance and support. A fully tested and performance evaluated Jitsi setup that supports 500 concurrent users in multiple conferences with auto scaling JVB servers. Auto scaling reduces your infratructure bill by turning on servers only when there is a need for them. There will be 1 JVB server always running and will autoscale more JVBs on demand and there will be 2 Jibris running always for meeting recording and autoscalable based on demand. This setup is bundled with an AWS Cloudwatch monitoring dashboard in addition to Jitsi components.
Jitsi server setup includes a single server which has Jitsi Meet, autoscalble JVB cluster and autoscalble Jibri cluster for multiple concurrent meeting recording up to 20 and upload them to AWS S3. This is a low cost, high performance server configuration by the industry leader in open source WebRTC services, meetrix.io.

500 user video conferencing setup with recording
The setup includes Jitsi Meet server, autoscalable Jitsi Video Bridges and autoscalable Jibri recording servers. This scripts using IAM role permission to push metrics to cloudwatch, communicate with sqs and terminate Jitsi Video Bridges for scaling in Jitsi Video Bridges. Jibri servers IAM role permission to apply scale in protection to themselves, push recordings to s3 bucket and push metrics for cloudwatch dashboard

Usage instructions
Click the "Continue to Subscribe" button. After subscribing, you will need to accept the terms and conditions. Click on "Accept Terms" to proceed. Please wait for a few minutes while the processing takes place. Once it's completed, click on "Continue to Configuration". Select your preferred region in "Configure this software" page and click "Continue to Launch" button. From the "Choose Action" dropdown menu, select "Launch CloudFormation", and then click "Launch". Access the application via a browser at http://<domain-name>. To generate SSL certificates first point dns to server, login to the instance and run certbot. Admin email is required for SSL generation. IAM role assigned to instances for push metrics to cloudwatch, communicate with sqs and terminate Jitsi Video Bridges for scaling in Jitsi Video Bridges. Jitsi Meet is a powerful, open-source video conferencing tool that allows you to host meetings for free—no account needed, no time limits, and no participant cap. It runs directly in the browser, or via mobile apps, and is ideal for personal use, remote work, or online education.

What do you like best about the product?
Jitsi's interface is clean and professional for any type of user. I really like its collaborative whiteboard to illustrate brainstorming without resorting to other applications and its ability to send private messages during group meetings without interrupting the overall conversation. In terms of quality the video and sound are kept in hd, with an option to minimize ambient noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
In one session some participants could not be heard properly due to internet connection; to prevent these issues we often pre−test in important meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for quick working sessions and online conferences with our small team. The advantage of Jitsi is that it offers the ability to connect immediately so we can manage virtual meetings smoothly without relying on expensive licenses or complex setup processes.
