AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines three separate charges that follow the project timeline. You pay Upfront Fees at the start of the engagement. You pay Initial Setup Fees based on the number of months the implementation takes, so this charge scales with implementation length. After the service goes live, you pay ongoing Subscription Fees. These dimensions are not tiers or alternatives. They stack together across the lifecycle: onboarding first, then recurring subscription once you are running. The service supports incentive management for insurers and distributors across multiple policy types.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the Initial Setup Fees charge cover, and how is the number of months determined?
This fee covers the implementation phase, such as configuring the service and preparing it for your business. You are billed based on how many months implementation takes. A longer implementation means more months of setup fees. The exact duration depends on your project scope and is confirmed with the vendor.
How do the three charges combine on my bill across the project?
The three charges apply at different stages, not as alternatives. You pay Upfront Fees at the start and Initial Setup Fees during implementation months. Once the service goes live, Subscription Fees begin as a recurring charge. Onboarding costs come first; the subscription continues afterward while you use the service.
Does the Subscription Fees GoLive charge start before the service is live?
No. The Subscription Fees apply only after the service goes live. During the earlier stages you pay Upfront Fees and Initial Setup Fees instead. The recurring subscription charge begins once implementation finishes and you start running the incentive management service.
