Vendor refund policy
Refund terms are governed by the Supersonik Standard Sales Agreement. If the Parties do not reach agreement on the Statement of Work Annex following the Discovery Phase, either Party may terminate without penalty - Customer is only responsible for fees for services performed to date. No fees are charged prior to the Subscription Phase. During the first 60 days of the Initial Term, Customer may terminate for convenience; fees for that 60-day period remain due.

During implementation, a cross-functional team (led by a Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE) runs the full deployment lifecycle: Discovery, Readiness, Alpha, and Beta phases, ensuring the AI agents are production-ready before your subscription begins.
After launch, the same FDE remains assigned to your account and drives continuous improvement: optimizing agent performance, expanding use cases, and adapting to product changes. The FDE is included as part of the platform fee.
