Overview
Telesto is an AI gateway security and governance platform for organisations adopting generative AI in applications and developer workflows. Every supported request passes through one controlled route that authenticates the calling application, checks for credentials and personal data, applies company policy, evaluates learned business sensitivity, and forwards only approved traffic to an allowed model endpoint.
Security and platform teams use Telesto to create virtual agent keys, restrict model access, set budgets, review incidents and understand usage from one dashboard. Deterministic scanners catch known identifiers and secrets, while a compact CPU-based semantic layer identifies sensitive business meaning that fixed patterns can miss. Administrator-labelled examples can adapt the semantic policy to company-specific categories without retaining the raw correction text in the learning loop.
Telesto is offered as a seller-managed SaaS service on AWS. The public offer includes the Telesto software and managed service; access to at least one supported model endpoint is required, and model-provider consumption charges are not included. Vendor refund policy
Customers may request cancellation and a full refund within 48 hours of purchase through AWS Marketplace. After 48 hours, charges are non-refundable except where required by law, or where Kinu confirms duplicate billing, material non-delivery of the service, or an extended outage attributable to Telesto. Approved refunds are processed through AWS Marketplace. For help, email info@kinu.ai with your AWS account ID, agreement ID and reason. AWS and model-provider charges are excluded.
