MeshLens provides a unified catalog for data products, helping you enable Data Mesh concepts in your organization. With minimal metadata additions and the power of MeshLens metadata processing, you get deep insights, data product inventory with advanced search capabilities, and graph visualization of the relations. We only access the metadata to hydrate the mesh and never need or require access to the data. The cross-account permissions to the customer account are configured via the cloud formation stack provided via the SaaS product setup page. Each subscribed customer gets a dedicated cell-based tenant environment. We recommend you contact us to discuss your use case before subscribing. When you subscribe, the setup page will guide you through onboarding. You will be charged based on the pricing listed below. Additionally, the MeshLens queries to collect metadata in customer accounts are subject to AWS pricing.

The response SLA is 48 business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. A contact phone number will be provided to our subscribers for urgent requests requiring prompt responses. The support requests are limited to the MeshLens product usage issues and questions and do not include consultation or other professional services.
