Overview
Enclave Tax Core is built for companies that pay contractors and distributed staff across borders: finance leads, people-operations teams, founders and advisers who need to see Permanent Establishment exposure before it turns into a tax liability.
How it works:
- Add each contractor with their monthly payout (in any of 10 supported currencies), their days in country so far and the statutory PE threshold that applies (183 days by default).
- Every contractor is measured against their threshold. At 75% or more they are classified CRITICAL, otherwise SAFE, with the days remaining shown.
- Worst-case exposure: the terminal isolates a 15% tax cushion on the monthly payout of every CRITICAL contractor and sums it into a single headline figure for board-level reporting.
- Payouts are converted to your chosen base currency using live exchange rates.
Privacy by design:
- 100% client-side engine. No server, no database, no analytics.
- Data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in an IndexedDB vault in your browser. Your passphrase is the only key.
- Encrypted backup and restore lets you move your data between devices.
