These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract offering prices by the volume of log data you ingest each day. You pick one of three daily ingestion tiers: up to 1 TB per day, up to 2 TB per day, or up to 5 TB per day. Each tier sets a ceiling on how much log data the platform processes daily. Pricing scales with that ceiling, so a higher daily volume moves you to a larger tier. You choose the tier that matches your expected ingestion needs and commit for the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Your tier meters the amount of log data the platform takes in and processes each day, measured in terabytes. The platform can ingest and correlate data from any tool, cloud, or on-premises source in real time. All ingested log data across those sources counts toward your daily volume.
Each tier sets a ceiling on daily ingestion. If your needs grow past that ceiling, you move to a tier with a higher daily volume. This is not automatic. You choose the tier matching your expected ingestion when you commit. Contact the vendor to discuss changing tiers.
The initial term runs twelve months. After that, it renews automatically for successive one-year terms unless either party gives written notice not to renew at least thirty days before the current term ends. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable once committed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most bigpanda and splunk IT Services Intelligence in cloudfabrix.

Nothing such things for disliking cloudfabrix.

Basically we need cloud infrastructure monitoring tool which I got in cloudfabrix so I am happy with it as of now.

What do you like best about the product?
The Alert & Event Correlation capabilities are highly effective as the tool reduced almost 70% of the events generated from our observability stack using their built-in AI & ML models.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the tool uses AI & ML, there are instances where the tool's prediction & resolution are not accurate, but the results improved over time as the system learns with more data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we could only retain data for two weeks due to high licensing and storage costs, affecting our trend and predictive analysis. With the help of CloudFabrix, we can analyze the data continuously and consistently. Critical KPIs were measured and retained for a more extended period allowing us to conduct our analysis without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, usage approach, bots availability. Easy to build pipelines without complex codes. Although it may not have the necessary bot (connector), making the required code to achieve it is effortless.
It's been very interesting and useful. The fact that in one environment you have all the necessary tools to build comprehensive data pipelines and workflows. Doing all this with python can be more complex.

I'd like that the client interface be m oew like an mobile or tablet app. Sometimes it is necessary to refresh the page.

Building comprehensive data pipelines and workflows offers an integrated view of data from different applications and systems management tools. The solution helps us to reduce the time to develop and implement the solutions and services that our customers demand.

Very easy to build data and analytics pipelines with CloudFabrix's RDA platform and its data bots

What do you like best about the product?
The Couldfabrix RDA software utilizes low code. The software makes it very easy to build data pipelines without writing too much of code, and many complicated tasks can be done in one to three lines of code with the RDA software. This saves a lot of time when working on big projects as there are now fewer lines of code while the same intended output is produced. I used the RDA software to work on advanced data science related research projects, such as working on projects that involved NLP, times series regression and classification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not necessarily a use case for CloudFabrix customers, but I would like to see more data bots related to neural networks, CNN/RNN and other transformer models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudfabrix platform is making it easy to build data pipelines that solve complex real-world problems without really having data science skills and programming expertise so that you any IT professional, easily can adopt this technology

What do you like best about the product?
We've evaluated a bunch of products for AIOps and CloudFabrix is definitely hands-down the best product in the market. We really like the RDAF framework, Log Intelligence, and Asset Intelligence offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic users have a good understanding of the product features and capabilities, however enhancements to the cookbooks and self-help training material would helpful for advanced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CFX is helping us automate and predict operations and allowing us to identify root causes for some of the complex incidents quickly. Outcomes include predicting our outages and improved customer experience.
