Process mapping has unified regional workflows and supports consistent approvals across markets
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Adonis Platform is documenting processes. Specifically, we use the process landscape map where we have all processes; we create a new model, map the new model in the process landscape map, add the process owner and process manager, include all steps for the process, and send the process for approval to the process owner.
It is important for my team to have all those processes mapped and approved in Adonis Platform because we are the region with six different markets, and we need to prepare one regional process that must be harmonized and documented. When we document all processes, we need approval from the process owner, who again is one person for all six countries.
What is most valuable?
Process modeling stands out to me as something I find helpful. Process modeling is valuable for me because it is very important to have all processes mapped, documented, and approved by the process owner, which helps us understand processes better on a regional level.
Adonis Platform has positively impacted my organization because, considering the region is something new, in the last few years we have had some kind of transformation. This platform has been very useful for us not just for process documenting but also to prepare the organizational structure, one regional and six local, to understand the structure much better. We have defined all process owners; again, we have six countries but one process owner per each process, which must be someone on regional B minus 1 function. In the end, we have prepared a lot of regional processes which helped us understand each process on a regional level, including all local specifics such as legal specifics or market specifics. All of this has been very useful for us as a region.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes it is really hard to understand or find something in Adonis Platform, so it would be great if you can upload some kind of instructions, video instructions, or onboarding materials on how to use Adonis Platform. After three years, I know where I can find things, but at the beginning, it was very difficult for me to understand how to prepare something, where to find something, which object is for what, and how to understand the process landscape map. It would be very useful if you can create a section in Adonis Platform where you will put some video materials, such as onboarding materials for how to use Adonis Platform.
It would also be helpful to have videos not just for beginners but also for some advanced Adonis Platform users, because even though we think we know a lot about Adonis Platform, we probably do not know about many functions that we have in Adonis Platform and do not use.
I picked the number eight for my rating because, as I already explained, it is more than eight. However, it is not a ten because, for example, a few weeks ago we had an incident with Adonis Platform where we received a lot of emails about processes where we were marked as a process owner or process manager. That is the reason I consider that a nine is actually a real mark. But for now, it is eight, especially considering that we do not have any kind of instructions on how to use Adonis Platform and we have a lot of potential in Adonis Platform that we might not be aware of. Some onboarding materials would be great, and then probably I will change my mark from eight to nine.

I have been using Adonis Platform for more than three years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Adonis Platform is stable in my experience, but sometimes some functions are not available or do not work as they should. For example, when I work on some processes and want to delete a step, sometimes I cannot delete it, or if I delete it then I have other issues. Also, we had an incident two or three weeks ago where I received around 200 emails every minute during the night, which disrupted my sleep; all other colleagues marked in Adonis Platform as process owners or process managers received those emails as well. We solved this incident in a few days, but it is something I wanted to mention.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Adonis Platform can handle my organization's growth and needs.
How are customer service and support?
I do not know about the customer support for Adonis Platform because I did not have an opportunity to try this.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I probably have not used a different solution before Adonis Platform for at least the last 10 to 15 years, but I am not sure.
How was the initial setup?
Regarding how Adonis Platform is deployed in my organization, it is a really hard question. I do not know the specifics; we are part of a group, and our colleagues from this group are responsible for everything and are in daily contact with all stakeholders from Adonis Platform or BOC. I do not know how it works. What I can answer is that I access this platform via the web and use it on the web, without an application or cloud folder; so I really do not know how to answer this question.

Using Adonis Platform has saved our time; this platform is very useful for us. However, considering I do not know our costs for Adonis Platform, I cannot answer about the correlation between costs and everything we obtain from Adonis Platform, so I cannot talk about this investment.

I know that we need to pay some monthly fee for Adonis Platform, but I do not know anything else about that fee or how much we pay every month. Regarding the license, I know that all employees have access to Adonis Platform, but I do not have any information about price and costs.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We probably did evaluate other options before choosing Adonis Platform, but I do not know. Considering I have been here for more than three years and we have been using Adonis Platform for probably five, seven, maybe ten or more years, this was not my decision; that decision was made by our colleagues from the group.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Adonis Platform is that it is very useful and easy to use. It has a lot of functions that can be beneficial for each company. I do not have experience with other platforms, so I cannot compare it, but for me, this one is fully fine. I would rate Adonis Platform an eight out of ten.
Process insights have improved bottleneck detection but validation and collaboration still need work
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Adonis Platform is generating insights from the platform and analyzing processes to identify bottlenecks and pain points. This allows us to set up calls with leads appropriately and work on AI opportunities with stakeholder support.
Recently, I worked on invoice processing in accounts payable where analysis showed the process took 42 minutes. Through optimization efforts, we reduced it to approximately four minutes, achieving significant time reduction and cost savings.
Process modeling with stakeholder input saves considerable time. Stakeholders provide information about the systems in use and current timelines, which allows us to set up meetings to identify pain points and AI opportunities. We discuss how processes can be optimized through cost savings, timing reduction, and FTE optimization with AI capabilities. These are the outcomes we measure using established KPIs.

Adonis Platform is a BPMN tool used for process modeling. We use it to model processes, add user tasks, specify task types, include systems, and validate compliance with BPMN standards. We then check with stakeholders to identify pain points and AI opportunities.
The most valuable feature Adonis Platform offers is the validation of processes according to BPMN standards, which is the primary benefit for my work. The BPMN validation feature makes my work easier by clearly showing where errors, bugs, and issues occur, allowing us to analyze and address them.
