    Barracuda Impersonation Protection uses Barracuda AI that leverages the metadata from internal, external, and historical emails to create an identity graph for each Microsoft 365 user. The identity graph uses email addresses, document types, names used, natural language analysis (NLP), and other data that define the unique communication patterns of an individual. These learned patterns allow Barracuda to identify behavioral, content, and link-forwarding anomalies in your company email communications. This real time protection secures your inbox from spear phishing, business email compromise, lateral phishing, and other targeted threats.

    What do you like best about the product?
    This is an easy platform to get around in and loads of settings to customize what you need to do. The protection suite has definately saved us from end users with that notion to click-and-see!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Probably the only downside I've ran into is the email log search could use more options for word/phrase searches in different fields.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Rather than chasing email through Exchange Online tools Barracuda makes it easy to purge, find or just monitor messages.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the ability to search for similar messages, especially if an email has been incorrectly delivered I can see all affected users for my record and then take the appropriate action. The support team for this product always does a great job when I have an issue on following up and making sure my needs have been met.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish we could configure our domains in the message log instead of alphabetized to a custom order, quality of life item is all.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Remediating harmful emails, making sure our end users are protected against phishing/malware campaigns.

    I like the amount of visibility I can have

    I do not like the added cost of a single feature. Too lackluster to be sold singularly, and an advanced license is too pricy for a small-medium organization.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The Barracuda Impersonation Protection system is fantastic. There is a bit of setup, but nothing that can't easily be accomplished and Support is FANTASTIC!!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I've not found any downsides to using this product.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Among Barracuda Impersonation Protection’s key attributes is its state-of-the-art detection. This is made possible through machine learning algorithms which analyze emails’ readability and any anomalies indicative of hacking attempts. It, therefore, aids in recognizing complicated phishing scams that may go unnoticed by conventional techniques.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I adore the feeling it brings. I have no resentment for it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Used to defeat email impersonation and phishing attacks, Barracuda Impersonation Protection is effective because it detects and blocks fraudulent emails through machine learning as well as AI. These strategies are designed to not only help organizations prevent unauthorized access into their networks that would otherwise compromise customer data but also stabilize their operational costs while enhancing business success on a large scale. At the same time this approach guarantees good response measures for repeated cyber threats thus ensuring smooth business uninterrupted.
