    What do you like best about the product?
    This solution provides real-time visibility and automates complex tasks such as multi-entity consolidation, which helps reduce manual effort and enhances reporting capabilities. It enables companies to scale efficiently, making it especially suitable for growing businesses that require advanced financial controls beyond what basic accounting software can offer.

    The ease of use can be an issue at times. It might just be me, but I find it a bit complicated to use initially.

    This has been instrumental in supporting our growing business and has enabled us to gain better financial control over the company.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Sage Intacct stands out for its strong cloud-based financial management, flexible reporting, and multi-entity support. I like how easy it is to drill into data, automate workflows, and integrate with other systems. It’s efficient for companies with complex financial structures or growth needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The downside of Sage Intacct is that the user interface can feel a bit dated and has a learning curve. Customizations and advanced features often require extra setup or consulting time, and pricing can add up as you scale. Some users also wish certain modules were more tightly integrated out of the box.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sage Intacct helps centralize financial management, automate AP/AR workflows, and handle multi-entity consolidations without spreadsheets. It reduces manual data entry, speeds up month-end close, and provides clearer financial insights for decision-making. The biggest benefits are time savings, fewer errors, and better visibility across the organization.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The real strength of Sage Intacct is its depth in financial reporting. We can drill down from high-level dashboards to transaction-level details in seconds, which makes month-end reviews and audits far smoother. Multi-entity and dimension based accounting save a huge amount of manual effort.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface can feel dense for new users, and onboarding takes time if someone doesn't have an accounting background. Some advanced configurations still require admin-level expertise or partner support.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It replaced disconnected accounting tools and reduced manual reconciliations. As a result, we close books faster, gain more accurate financial insights, and make decisions based on real-time data instead of delayed reports.
