• 1 Day Workshop to understand business model and objectives, assess current infrastructure, gather licensing and billing information, attain systems access and deploy AWS monitoring agent. Workshop attendees will be expected to be prepared to provide relevant data upon request in areas such as performance, licensing, reliability, cost efficiency, security, compliance, seasonality, team skills and executive sponsor
• 2-3 Week data gathering and evaluation
• Develop TCO model for present and future architecture & licensing optimization options, at a transaction level where applicable.
