Has helped our organization maintains complianc with security standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

For being a SaaS provider the intial set up and API connect from snow was very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have too many SaaS tools that we cannot possibly maitain the securty standrds our customers hold us to. THis tool has helped and saved countless man hours.

What do you like best about the product?
SaaS application like o365, GitHub, sales force etc sitting in the cloud are protected by a Palo Alto NG firewall that sitting inline mode. With the help of of proprietary protocols(contentID,AppID,UserID)
It manages to achieve CASB, a common term coined in the market today.

What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment is a bit tricky and challenging, users either need to VPN to go via inline NG firewall or proxy is desired to route the traffic to it. Also, signature based detection may be not not desired to all applications resides in the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designed to address CASB (visibility, control, threat control) it's still a better option then comparing the cloud network firewall or WAF services available..what best is the AppID that designed specifically for cloud hosted apps.
