You choose one of three plans billed as a contract. The Essential Plan covers basic backup automation for minimal needs. The Standard Plan adds flexibility for teams that manage more backups. The Advanced Plan supports scale, with multi-storage, multi-schedule, application backups, and backup intervals down to one minute. It also includes API access, webhooks, CI integrations, and custom scripts. The plans form a tiered structure, so each higher tier builds on the capabilities of the one below it. You select the tier that matches your backup volume and automation needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A backup is one configured backup job, not each time it runs. You set up a backup once and it can run on a schedule without adding to your count. The Essential, Standard, and Advanced Plans each include a set number of configured backups.
You can scale up by adding more backup jobs or storage through an addon system. You pay only for what you add. Connecting your own storage account has no quota limit, so storage limits apply only to the included managed storage.
The Essential Plan supports backups as often as every 12 hours. The Standard Plan allows up to every hour. The Advanced Plan supports intervals down to one minute and adds API access, webhooks, CI integrations, and custom scripts for automated backup workflows.

Vendor refund policy
We offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of your service. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of your service plan, with any applicable usage fees or discounts deducted from the total.
