Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Planview Hub uses a single contract-based unit. Each unit covers 200 users and connections to up to 3 applications. Pricing scales by adding units. To support more users or more connected applications, you buy additional units. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions to choose between. Your total cost depends on how many units you commit to under the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one connected application for the 3-application limit in each unit?
An application is a tool in your delivery toolchain that Hub links to, such as an issue tracker, test management system, or IT service tool. Each unit lets you connect up to three of these tools. Connecting more tools requires buying additional units.
What happens if I need more than 200 users or more than 3 application connections?
You buy additional units. Each unit adds capacity for 200 users and connections to up to 3 applications. There are no separate tiers or add-on dimensions. Your total commitment scales by stacking units to match your user count and number of connected tools.
What kinds of integrations can I set up within the connected applications covered by a unit?
Hub supports synchronization integrations that flow items like stories and defects between tools, gateway integrations that trigger one-way events, and enterprise data stream integrations that send data into a central database for reporting. All run across the applications connected under your units.
