AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Frontegg offers two contract tiers based on how many accounts and users you support. The Starter tier covers up to 10 multi-user accounts and 1000 users. The Growth tier covers up to 100 multi-user accounts and 5000 users. Both bill as a fixed contract for the term. Your pricing scales by capacity: pick the tier that matches your expected account and user counts. As your customer base grows, you move to the tier with the higher account and user limits.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a multi-user account versus a user in these tiers?
A multi-user account is a tenant or organization in your app that groups its own users. A user is an individual login within one of those accounts. The Starter tier covers up to 10 accounts and 1000 users. The Growth tier covers up to 100 accounts and 5000 users.
What happens if I go past my tier's account or user limit?
Each tier caps you at set account and user counts. Starter allows up to 10 accounts and 1000 users. Growth allows up to 100 accounts and 5000 users. If you expect to pass a cap, you move to the tier with the higher limits. Contact the vendor about overage handling within a term.
Which limit drives my tier choice — the account count or the user count?
Both limits apply together in each tier. You must stay within the account cap and the user cap. Whichever you expect to reach first sets your needed tier. For example, hitting 100 accounts or 5000 users both point you to the Growth tier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Frontegg for its ease of use, and I appreciate that most of the features required by my users are already available. This means I don't have to write them from scratch myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the product stability and the time we are waiting for a fix if a bug is found in the product.

Frontegg solves our user management issues. It's easy to use, with most features already there, so I don't have to write them from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Frontegg is fully hosted, so there's no need to integrate any code into my application, which is great since I don't manage the React front-end. Their excellent customer support, especially the Slack-based support, is very convenient, responsive, and expert. I also appreciate that Frontegg can work with third-party IdPs or act as an IdP itself, allowing me to invite users based purely on their email addresses without additional integrations. This feature is super useful during the alpha or pilot stage when my customers aren't ready to set up SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intrinsic complexity of CIAM is very high, and Frontegg has extremely high customizability, which means it can be a bit bewildering and confusing to figure out how to use. Currently, the portal mixes system configuration management with actual user and account management, which could be more clearly divided. It could also be clearer about the pricing models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg provides OIDC authentication, a fully hosted login, multi-tenancy, and a self-service user management portal without needing any code integration on my app side. It works with third-party IdPs or directly as an IdP, which simplifies user invitations, especially useful for initial product stages.

Works well overall, but in very large organizations (hundreds of accounts and thousands of users), you may occasionally encounter limitations or features that feel better suited for smaller-scale environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg solves the complexity of building and maintaining authentication, user management, and access control by providing a ready-made, scalable solution, allowing teams to save development time and focus on their core product instead.
