Effortless Multi-Tenancy Management with Frontegg
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Frontegg for approximately one year, primarily for provisioning single sign-on and managing multitenancy account management. I find the software's ease of use quite appealing, as it allows me to manage tasks without worrying about the backend. The feature that stands out the most is the ability to create accounts effortlessly, which enhances the management of customer access to our environment. The integration with Salesforce has also been seamless. Additionally, Frontegg ensures that I can see who is logged in and which accounts have been accessed, providing a comprehensive overview that aids in effective single sign-on setup. This functionality has been working well for me, enhancing the efficiency of my team and allowing us to focus on other critical tasks. Overall, the user-friendliness of Frontegg is significant enough that it would influence my decision to repurchase it. I would confidently recommend Frontegg to others, evidenced by my willingness to rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Frontegg could benefit from more AI integration to help identify needs and detect configuration problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Frontegg for multitenancy account management and single sign-on provisioning, simplifying backend responsibilities and improving efficiency by easily tracking account access and setups.

Quick Setup, Great Support for Auth
What do you like best about the product?
First, let me start with their core feature of implementing the auth flow. It was quicker and simpler to setup my auth. Their free plan provides enough features and credits to test and develop till production very comfortably. My ticket was resolved, faster and efficiently via online meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be a bit clearer. In a few cases, figuring out error handling took extra effort because the messages and guides weren’t always detailed enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is helping us solve the headache of building user authentication, role management, and secure login flows from scratch. Their solution let us quickly roll out a reliable, production-ready auth system, saving a huge amount of development time and letting our team focus on core product features. The built-in admin portal and feature set are strong enough to cover almost every use case – from user invitations to SSO – which means we can move faster without worrying about security or compliance gaps. This directly benefited our launch timeline and reduced the maintenance burden for our devs.

Frontegg Makes Integration Easy — A Huge Time Saver for User Management
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg has significantly simplified our authentication and user management processes. The built-in user portal, SSO, and team management features saved us months of development time. Integration was straightforward — their SDKs and documentation are well-structured, and the customer success team was very responsive throughout onboarding, it helps us resolving issues on everyday basic. We especially appreciate the flexibility with custom domain integration, the hosted login box, and the powerful account and user management features. Webhooks are also very helpful for syncing user and tenant changes with our internal systems. Overall, Frontegg made it easy to implement enterprise-grade auth and access control with minimal overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg is a great platform, but a few areas could be improved. We’d like to see faster bug fixing and more frequent release cycles for resolving minor issues. Additionally, enhancing the design customization options for the UI components — such as the login box and admin portal — would help achieve a more consistent brand experience. These improvements would make an already strong product even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg helps us manage authentication, users, and account access across our platform without building those features in-house. It eliminates the need to maintain complex login flows, account settings, and permission management manually. Thanks to Frontegg’s easy integration, webhooks, and multi-tenant support, we’ve saved significant development time and can focus more on our core product features instead of identity infrastructure.

Great for enterprise SaaS, less flexible for SMB phone-based auth
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg provides a robust authentication and user-management layer out of the box. The multi-tenant organization system is solid, and it’s great for B2B SaaS platforms that follow standard email-based onboarding flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our product targets SMBs where many users prefer phone-based logins (OTP). Frontegg requires email addresses for organization members, which makes sense for enterprise use cases but doesn’t fit well with SMB-focused products like ours. We eventually switched to Clerk, which supports phone-based authentication natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg solves the heavy lifting of building authentication, user management, and organization-based access control from scratch. It’s a complete solution for SaaS platforms that need enterprise-ready features like SSO, roles, and organization onboarding. In our case, it helped us prototype quickly before switching to another provider better suited for SMBs focused on phone-based login.

amazing provider for user management, RBAC, SSO
What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity it provides for you to set up a simple authentication and authorization for our platform and integration with our customers systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we dislike. We have been capable of finding ways to solve the issues we have had during the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have to create a full system for user management, RBAC, feature flagging...

                            User management is all set
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, a lot of capabilities great people
What do you dislike about the product?
docs can be better, keys types are not so intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all of my user management, auth, api access control etc

                            Effortless User Management with Frontegg
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg is how it takes care of all the boring but important user stuff—like login, sign-up, password resets, and even team management.so you can focus on building and developing your actual product.
It’s like having a readymade user system that just works without you having to reinvent the wheel,it’s super developer friendly with clean docs and easy integration.
It’s like having a readymade user system that just works without you having to reinvent the wheel,it’s super developer friendly with clean docs and easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg is a powrful and convenient platform, one thing I’d point out is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for smaller teams or those who r new to SaaS concepts like multitenancy or feature entitlements. The feature rich dashboard, while useful, may take some time to fully understand. Also, for some startups, pricing beyond the free tier might feel a bit steep as they scale. And if you need a very custom user experience, you might find yourself limited by pre-built UI components. That said, most of these are trade offs for the speed and structure it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg solves the complx and time consuming problem of customer identity and access management (CIAM). Instead of building login systems, user roles, permissions, SSO, or tenant management from scratch, Frontegg gives you all this thing at a place....
Basically with this we are:
Saving development time
Boosting security
Smoother user experience
Faster product delivery
It’s like getting an entire auth team

Unified user and access management — Frontegg changed the game for us
What do you like best about the product?
With Frontegg, we finally have a unified login experience across all our portals and can manage users, accounts, and access from a single place. We went all-in with Frontegg — and it was absolutely the right decision. We're also using it to control access to our APIs, and it has greatly simplified our security and integration processes.
One of the biggest benefits is that we’ve been able to take a whole bunch of features off our backlog — features that belong in the identity and access domain — and focus instead on our core business. We manage dozens of applications, and thanks to Frontegg, we no longer have to reinvent the wheel for each one.
The product is evolving quickly — with new capabilities like AI agents being introduced regularly — and the UX is top-notch.
And the Customer Success team? Simply out of this world. I’ve never seen support like this — they honestly feel like an extension of our own internal team: responsive, proactive, and deeply committed to our success.
It was surprisingly easy to implement, with clear documentation, great SDKs, and helpful onboarding support. Our developers were up and running quickly, which accelerated our timelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to criticize. Some of the more advanced configurations can take time to fully understand at first, but the documentation is strong, and the support team is incredibly helpful. If anything, we’d like more options for customizing the UI to match our branding — but that’s a very minor point compared to the value we’re getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is helping us solve several critical challenges around identity and access management.
Before adopting Frontegg, we were spending too much time and effort building and maintaining user authentication, role-based access control, account management, and login flows across multiple applications — all things that are essential, but not part of our core business.
With Frontegg, we've centralized all of that. We now have a unified login across all our portals, consistent access control for users and teams, and a single place to manage everything — from user roles to API access. It’s saved us from duplicating this effort across dozens of apps.
As a result, we’ve been able to remove a huge number of identity-related features from our development backlog and redirect our engineering efforts to where they matter most: building value for our customers. Plus, with new features rolling out regularly — like AI agents — Frontegg keeps unlocking new potential for us.

Secure and Flexible Authentication Platform with a Willing Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg strikes the right balance between enterprise-grade security and a modern self-service user experience. One of the most valuable aspects of the platform is their team’s willingness to work with us on customization. Our customers are used to a highly tailored login flow, and Frontegg made sure we could meet those expectations—collaborating with us directly when customizations or new feature requests were needed. Their documentation is solid, and when we had questions during integration, the Frontegg team was available and helpful throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg’s platform is robust, integrating it into a legacy auth flow required more effort than expected. Some of our infrastructure used older technologies, which meant we had to invest additional time in adapting Frontegg’s SDKs and endpoints to fit our environment. Additionally, while Frontegg is open to new feature requests, turnaround time for those enhancements can take time, though this isn't unexpected when new features need to be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to move away from a fragmented, legacy authentication system to a modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform that could support a wide range of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols and providers. Frontegg gave us the flexibility to support both enterprise and education clients with very specific authentication needs, all while maintaining a cohesive and secure user experience. It’s helped us centralize our auth strategy, reduce maintenance overhead, and deliver a more seamless login experience across our platform. The added benefit of built-in user self-service capabilities has also reduced support tickets and improved customer satisfaction.

                            Great affordable user management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, UI is pretty nice, self explanatory, staff are highly motivated to assist and are awesome. Price is better than competitors and they offer really nice features stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features to be implemented in order to make a more full and complete solution. but its a product company and that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customers identities, login flows, security context, permissions, SSO, can be super complex and sometimes requires a large team and management.
