Health care facilities struggle to meet variable patient demand with fixed numbers of on-site staff for unscheduled care. With daily patient arrivals varying up to 50% from the expected mean, some days facilities are under-staffed and patient care suffers and other days over-staffed resulting in excess costs. Systematic stress is exacerbated by increased exposure risk for staff & patients interacting face-to-face on tasks that can be performed faster and more efficiently by remote personnel.
Our solution optimizes emergency department & urgent care workflows by enabling a combination of on-site and virtual resources to collaborate and improve patient outcomes while improving staff productivity. Use cases include:
Proven effective in high-volume environments. Remote providers can perform nearly double the number of consults per hour as in-person staff using the same process. Additional productivity occurs when remote staff supports multiple facilities simultaneously through load-leveling that better matches resources to fluctuating demand. The platform takes advantage of multiple AWS infrastructure components to deliver super-fast provider workflows with unique virtual consult routing and queue management.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract pricing starts with a Base Package covering combined annual patient volumes up to 150,000 plus a one-time implementation fee. You add capacity through two independent add-ons. The Additional Volume unit expands coverage in increments of up to 50,000 annual patients. The Additional EMR unit covers each extra electronic medical record system integration. You buy add-ons as your patient volume or number of connected record systems grows. Each add-on is priced separately, so you scale the base commitment to match your organization's size and technical setup.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the annual patient volume that determines my Base Package and Additional Volume units?
Volume is measured by combined annual patient encounters across your connected facilities and workflows. The Base Package covers up to 150,000 encounters per year. Each Additional Volume unit adds coverage for up to 50,000 more annual patients. You count all encounters flowing through the platform, not per-location totals.
How do the three pricing units combine into my total contract cost?
You always start with one Base Package, which includes a one-time implementation fee. You then add units independently: Additional Volume units for patient capacity beyond 150,000, and Additional EMR units for each extra record-system integration. Volume and integration needs are billed separately, so both can raise your total.
When do I need an Additional EMR unit rather than more volume capacity?
The Additional EMR unit covers connecting another electronic medical record system to the platform. You add one per extra record system, regardless of patient volume. The platform can aggregate data across multiple record systems. Buy Additional Volume units for more patients, and Additional EMR units for more connected systems.
