Aquarela AI Hub is a generative AI platform on AWS that centralizes and governs how an organization adopts and uses AI. Instead of leaving each team with separate, ungoverned tools, AI Hub provides one secure, integrated environment where users across the company access generative AI through a single web interface.
Powered by Amazon Bedrock, the platform delivers on-demand, pay-per-use access to more than 100 foundation models (including Anthropic Claude, Amazon Nova, Meta Llama, Mistral, Cohere, and AI21) through one portal. The solution is deployed self-hosted in the customer's own AWS environment: inference runs on Amazon Bedrock in the cloud, while corporate data, documents, and business rules never leave the customer's structure.
Through the unified interface, teams query private knowledge bases in natural language, run AI agents, and automate tasks, with responses grounded in enterprise data, documents, and business rules. Administrators get centralized governance: user and access management, role-based permissions, a reusable model and prompt catalog, full audit trails, and usage, performance, and cost monitoring per user and department.
Productivity modules bring AI into daily work: AquaNotes turns meetings into structured summaries with executive summary, decisions, next steps, and open items; native integration with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word supports document creation and data analysis; and connectors to corporate SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and HubSpot let teams query data and trigger workflows from the tools they already use.
