ProudNet is server & network engine for multiplayer games.
ProudNet can cope with various situations based on many experiences and is equipped with an interface for user-friendliness.
Therefore, it is a middleware that helps you to make a server easily without many experiences in on-line/mobile game development.
As this is the result of the know-how on on-line game development accumulated from 1997, it can be effectively applied on the following areas.
ON-LINE/MOBILE GAMES FOR SMOOTH SERVICE IN MANY COUNTRIES
ON-LINE/MOBILE GAME SENSITIVE TO LATENCY OR TRAFFIC
DEVELOPERS WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO HIRE EXPERIENCED SERVER DEVELOPERS
GAME PROJECTS THAT HAVE TO BE RELEASED IN A SHORT PERIOD

You pay by the hour for a ProudNet game server engine running on Windows Server 2022. Pricing follows the AWS EC2 instance type you choose, so each dimension maps to a specific compute size. The lineup spans compute-optimized families (c5, c5a, c5ad, c5d, c6a, c6i) and general-purpose families (m5, m5a, m5ad, m5d, m5zn, m6a, m6i), plus a small t2.micro option. Within each family, hourly cost rises as you move up the size ladder (large, xlarge, 2xlarge, 3xlarge, 4xlarge). You select the instance that fits your server workload and scale by switching sizes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What resources do I get for the hourly charge on each instance type?
Each dimension maps to one running AWS EC2 instance of that size, preloaded with Windows Server 2022 and the ProudNet game server engine. The instance size sets your vCPU and memory. You pay for each hour the instance runs, billed per selected instance type.
Am I charged when my ProudNet instance is stopped or paused?
Hourly software charges apply only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing the ProudNet hourly fee. You may still pay underlying AWS storage costs for the stopped instance's disk. The software meter counts running hours only.
How do I scale ProudNet to handle more concurrent players?
You scale by choosing an instance with more vCPU and memory, moving up the size ladder within a family. The ProudNet engine handles many concurrent connections per server. To add more capacity, switch to a larger instance size and pay that size's hourly rate.
