This data project is an aggregated data set containing subsets of data pertaining to the following:
- Cloud Provider instance types that are deployed on one or more CPU architectures
- CPU architecture group information
- CPU descriptions and information regarding cores, memory, average watts, etc…
- Location-based grid CO2e emissions factors
- Estimated manufacturing emissions factors
Use Cases
This data set can be used to calculate energy usage over time given the underlying hardware. Furthermore, CO2e estimations can be made with the emissions factors data.
