Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
Zenlayer Secure Enterprise Access uses a contract model priced by user count. You choose one of two packages based on how many people need access. The 25-User Package covers up to 25 users. The 500-User Package covers up to 500 users. Both provide subscription access to secure SaaS acceleration. Pricing scales with the size of your team, so you select the package that matches your expected number of users. This lets smaller and larger organizations each pick a fitting capacity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is one person who gets access to the secure SaaS acceleration service. The 25-User Package covers up to 25 people. The 500-User Package covers up to 500 people. You are billed by the package capacity you select, not by exact usage within that limit.
Each package sets a user ceiling: 25 users or 500 users. If your team outgrows the 25-User Package, you would move to a package with more capacity. The service does not automatically add users past your package limit. Contact the vendor to change your package.
The subscription includes 24/7 live technical support. The vendor reports a response time under 15 minutes and resolves 95% of tickets in under 4 hours. This support applies to your secure SaaS acceleration service under either user package.
