    Overview

    VirtuVisitâ„¢ was designed by clinicians to be integrated with EPIC MyChart and includes elements allowing the provider to focus on their patient and not paperwork. During a VirtuVisit appointment, the provider can see medical history and current medication lists, populated by MyChart, on the same screen as the patient video. This eliminates the need for the provider to use multiple screens during the appointment. Patients and providers can upload and share photos, records, and/or images during a visit without leaving the VirtuVisit app. The clinician designers behind VirtuVisit are passionate about helping doctors provide the most equitable care possible. To help providers achieve this goal, VirtuVisit uses machine learning to analyze provider language and display the results of the analysis on an easy-to-read dashboard for insights into health equity. The interface and integrations of VirtuVisit benefit the patient as well. Once the patient signs into MyChart with their existing credentials, VirtuVisit automatically opens when a visit is selected - no other log in or password required. In addition, VirtuVisit has been integrated with Alexa, allowing patients to schedule, reschedule, and review appointments with spoken commands. VistuVisit also provides a countdown clock that shows the patient how much time remains before their appointment begins at a glance. Built-in, real-time chat functionality allows for a seamless transition between text and conversation, helping to avoid miscommunication between the patient and the provider. Finally, the patient care team, highlights of medical history, and current medications are all on the same screen, allowing the patient to focus on the visit.

    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.
