CyberCX Sustainability Lake is built on the Serverless Data Lake Platform, implemented by CyberCX and based on AWS-native services. The engagement will consist of the following stages;

• Assessment phase where we will spend time with customer SMEs to understand the business requirements and hight-level roadmap for the project. (Duration 2-3 days).
• Data discovery phase – we will review the organisation’s data landscape to make sure that present data is aligned with business requirements and if any remediations are required. (Duration 2-3 days).
• Base platform implementation – we will establish a core of the Data platform in the customer’s AWS account and ingest 1-2 of the required data sources. (Duration 10-15 days).
• Customisation stage – we will proceed with ingestion of the remaining required data sources and build the logic to satisfy business requirements. Necessary reporting capabilities will be built as well.
