Exceed VNA bills on usage, tied to imaging study volume. You commit to a monthly block of new studies, with the quantity and price set in a private offer. If you add studies beyond that block, you pay per additional study. A separate one-time fee applies for each new location you connect. You can also pay to transfer existing studies into the system, with that quantity and price set in a private offer. Pricing scales with study volume and the number of sites you onboard.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A study is a single imaging exam, such as a CT, MR, or ultrasound. The platform supports all standard DICOM modalities, including CT, MR, CR, DR, US, PET, NM, and MG. Each exam you add to the system counts as one new study against your monthly block.
Your monthly block covers a set quantity of new studies defined in your private offer. Once you exceed that quantity in a month, each additional new study bills separately at the per-study rate. Studies within the block do not carry the extra charge.
The one-time location fee applies once per new site you connect. The monthly block covers ongoing new studies, with overage charged per study beyond it. Transferring existing studies into the system is a separate charge. Each charge bills independently and appears on the same invoice.
