Customer reviews
Cost-effective and reliable managed service for Clickhouse
- Ease of setup: it will take only a couple of minutes to set up and use a Clickhouse cluster
- Sensible pricing especially compared to the competition for managed Clickhouse
- "Bring your Own Account" feature: this allowed us to host the nodes and data
- Great support: they respond to and resolve critical tickets as fast as possible. But I was also amazed by the depth of detail in their responses even on small questions and requests.
I think some extra care is needed on the administrative actions and the monitoring page, but many improvements and features were delivered in the last few quarters and a few more are planned in the roadmap.
Amazing support
Best Managed Service for Kafka and Clickhouse
2. Reliable - we have had 0 issues with downtime in the last 1 year
3. Easy to manage - high-quality dashboard to manage the Kafka and Clickhouse Clusters
4. Great Support - available to help during queries. Have also helped us with optimizing our queries and understand the cause of event drop-offs.
2. Managed Kafka (we migrated away from Kinesis Firehose which was getting expensive as we scale)
3. Ability to setup Clickhouse/Kafka clusters in any of the cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and not being dependent on one cloud provider
