1. ML_SREOps service package provides up to 10 hours of consulting support and is priced at mutually agreed rate between customer and MapleLabs
2. Customer has to buy additional units of ML_SREOps package if the engagement requires more than 10 hours of consulting owing to deployment’s scale or complexity. MapleLabs shall provide an estimate at the start of the engagement
