Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of the Data Refinery Pilot Program cover?
A unit maps to an agreed-upon data refinement use case scoped with the vendor. The Pilot runs 1 to 3 months and applies only to the specific use cases you and the vendor define together. Pricing reflects that agreed scope, so units are not fixed, standardized quantities you buy off the shelf.
How is the pilot deployed, and does it run on AWS infrastructure?
The product runs on AWS cloud. It uses more than 30 AWS services, including EC2, ECS, Fargate, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, and KMS. Note that underlying AWS resource usage may generate separate charges outside the pilot software fee agreed with the vendor.
What happens after the 1 to 3 month pilot period ends?
The pilot is time-limited to 1 to 3 months and covers only the use cases you agreed on with the vendor. The listing does not define automatic renewal or continued billing after the term. To extend, expand scope, or move to ongoing use, contact the vendor directly.
