You buy this product as a contract, and the options fall into groups. GRAX Lite gives you free backup with daily jobs. Paid plans differ mainly by backup frequency: GRAX Weekly, GRAX Daily, GRAX Continuous, and GRAX Pro each set how often your data is captured. GRAX Enterprise adds sandbox copies alongside backup and restore. Separate Enterprise runtime dimensions cover production data, non-production (sandbox) data, and a 14-day trial. A 30-Day Trial lets you test Enterprise features. Choose the frequency and runtime scope that match your data protection needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What data does the backup capture, and can I restore it at the record level?
Backups cover standard and custom objects, metadata, files, attachments, relationships, and Chatter feeds across supported Salesforce clouds. You can restore granularly at the field, object, or record level, or run a point-in-time mass hierarchical restore that keeps object relationships intact.
How does the backup frequency differ between the Weekly, Daily, Continuous, and Pro dimensions?
Each dimension sets how often GRAX captures your Salesforce data. Weekly runs backups once a week, Daily runs them once a day, and Pro runs them hourly. Continuous captures changes at the highest frequency available, with no set interval, for the shortest recovery point objective.
How do the separate Enterprise production, sandbox, and trial runtime dimensions work together?
The Enterprise runtime dimensions scope where GRAX processes data. Production covers your live Salesforce data, and Sandbox covers non-production data used for testing and development. The Trial runtime runs for 14 days. You select the runtime scope that matches each environment you protect.
