    What do you like best about the product?
    Accurate and effective recommendations to save cost
    Product Team very responsive to improvements and aware of needs
    Very easy to use API to get recommendations out of it
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is not a dislike but more a steering recommendation: P5 could use some new features to make integration and automation more impactful.

    For instance, as of today, getting recommendations via API is easy but feeding back actions performed to reconcile savings is not yet available. The automated usage use-case is a big opportunity for big companies

    What do you like best about the product?
    PointFive finds cloud cost optimization opportunities better than any other product I've seen in the market. The software also reduces the friction associated with identifying, assigning, and tracking opportunities by interfacing with your task tracking system like Jira. Lastly, the remediation steps required to fix the finding are right there in the software for you to use. No need to look elsewhere.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The biggest regret is that this software was not around 5 years ago.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    PointFive finds actionable waste reduction opportunities that other don't. It also allows us to centerally manage and coordinate the work needed to remediate the finding.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The tool presents and estimates cloud savings opportunities on its own. It also presents technical, actionable solution suggestions that help to make savings specific. That makes it super easy to engage necessary engineering support, and prioritize against other projects. Even if you know nothing about cloud cost, the tool will help you to be more cost efficient. It keeps adding new opportunities automatically, and integrates with our JIRA. It is just so easy to use that it's adoption through the entire organization has been great!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    so far nothing. All feature requests we have had (e.g. advanced dashboard functions, and activity tracing) have been implemented by the team to improve our experience.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Reduces our monthly cloud cost by automatically technical efficiency opportunities with suggested remediation workflow at the ressource level. This helps us to engage the responsible teams and show them the required effort and impact to solve the issue.
