WeKall uses a single pricing dimension based on user count. You pay per user for one month of access to the WeKall platform, billed like a subscription. Your total cost scales directly with the number of users you add. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose from in this listing. To increase or decrease your spend, you adjust the number of user licenses. Service runs under a contract term, and the platform is delivered as a cloud-based service.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing purposes?
One user is one named person with login credentials and a single assigned extension. Credentials work for only that designated user until the account is removed. You can reassign a login to a new person only when replacing someone who no longer uses the platform. The number of users you buy caps active logins.
What is included with each user, and what is billed separately?
Each user gets cloud phone access, remote technical support, and platform features under your contract. Local and national phone lines come from a third-party provider under a separate agreement. Any work beyond the contracted scope, such as extra consulting, training, or integrations, is quoted and billed separately.
What happens to my cost if I add users mid-contract or assign an extra extension?
Your cost scales directly with the number of user licenses you hold. If you assign more than one extension per user against the rules, WeKall may charge retroactively for each added extension. Any user count changes adjust your recurring charge accordingly under the contract terms.
