Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
This contract pricing has two parts. You buy a Platform License to run the migration software. You then buy prepaid study volume based on how many imaging studies you migrate. Two volume options are available: a 100k Studies block and a 1M Studies block. Both cover studies you migrate to a new archive. The larger 1M block covers more studies per purchase. You combine the license with the study volume that matches your archive size. Larger archives use the higher-volume block or multiple purchases.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A study is one imaging exam the platform reads, normalizes, and delivers to the target archive. Each study passes through metadata analysis across 100+ DICOM tags, correction, and validation. The platform counts each migrated study once against your prepaid block, whether it resolves automatically or needs clinical review.
You pay for the Platform License to run the migration software. Separately, you buy prepaid study volume that meters how many studies you migrate. Both charges apply together. The License covers software access; the study blocks cover migration volume. Your study count against the block drives the volume portion.
You buy the study volume that matches your archive size. Larger archives use the 1M Studies block or multiple purchases combined. The 100k block covers up to 100,000 migrated studies; the 1M block covers up to 1,000,000. You add blocks as needed to cover the full archive.
