All prices are negotiable, with simple pathways starting from $40K AUD and increasing with complexity of the pathway and organisation size*. We offer bundle deals to reduce the cost per pathway. We also have an implementation cost which will be decided on time and materials including but not limited to costs of integrations, scoping, change management and training. *Pricing indicative only, subject to scoping etc. and includes: Pathway(s), unlimited users and unlimited edits of pathways.
You buy this product per pathway, priced in Australian dollars. A single pathway includes unlimited users and unlimited edits. The price for each pathway is negotiable and scales with two factors: how complex the pathway is and the size of your organisation. If you need several pathways, bundle deals lower the cost per pathway. On top of pathway pricing, you pay a separate implementation cost. This is billed on a time-and-materials basis and covers work such as integrations, scoping, change management, and training. All figures are indicative and finalised after scoping.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly is a "pathway" that I pay for?
A pathway is a configured clinician and patient workflow built for a specific use case, such as chronic monitoring, referral triage, or virtual wards. You build it using no-code drag-and-drop tools. Each pathway you pay for includes unlimited users and unlimited edits to that workflow.
What drives the price of a single pathway up or down?
Two factors set each pathway price: how complex the pathway is and the size of your organisation. Simpler pathways cost less; complex ones cost more. If you buy several pathways, bundle deals reduce the cost per pathway. All prices are negotiable and confirmed after scoping.
Is the implementation cost separate from the pathway price, and what does it cover?
Yes, implementation is billed separately from pathway pricing. It is charged on a time-and-materials basis, meaning you pay for actual work done. This covers integrations between healthcare systems, scoping, change management, and training. The final amount depends on your specific integration and rollout needs.
