Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Xytech through a single contract dimension priced by the number of users. Pricing scales with the count of user seats you purchase. A minimum of 15 seats applies, so your contract starts at that base and grows as you add users. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons in this listing — one per-user rate covers your seat count. Xytech gives you an operational layer for media lifecycle management, resource and production scheduling, and transmission coordination, with access shared across the purchased user seats.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under this contract?
A user is one named person granted access to the Xytech platform. This includes schedulers, service coordinators, operations directors, and other staff who log in. The role-adaptive interface shows each person the information relevant to their function. Your contract must cover at least 15 such users.
What does the minimum of 15 seats mean if my team is smaller?
You buy a floor of 15 user seats even if fewer people need access. Pricing starts at that base count. If your team grows beyond 15, you add seats and cost scales with each added user. There are no usage tiers beyond the per-user seat count.
Do agent or API integrations consume user seats?
The X2 MCP server grants each agent identity access through OAuth, scoped per tool by your administrator. The listing prices only human user seats, with a 15-seat minimum. The pricing table does not describe separate agent-based charges, so confirm agent access terms with the vendor.
