Sherlocks are your SRE teammates that sit in your Slack alert channels to help you manage alerts, do RCAs in seconds and provide short & long term remediation steps.
Sherlocks.ai delivers AI-powered Site Reliability Engineering teammates that work directly inside your Slack environment, transforming how teams respond to incidents and operate production systems. Sherlocks.ai acts as an intelligent SRE teammate that automatically investigates alerts, correlates logs, metrics, and traces across your infrastructure, and guides teams toward fast, accurate resolution. The moment an alert fires, Sherlocks begin root cause analysis without waiting for human intervention, helping teams resolve incidents faster and reduce operational risk.
Built with advanced AI models and persistent system memory, Sherlocks.ai continuously learns from every incident, resolution, and infrastructure change. It retains operational knowledge that is often lost through team changes or handoffs, enabling consistent and reliable decision-making during critical events. By providing contextual insights, surfacing relevant runbooks, and suggesting safe, permissioned remediation actions directly in Slack, Sherlocks.ai dramatically reduces Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) while eliminating repetitive toil for on-call engineers.
Sherlocks.ai is designed for modern, complex infrastructure including Kubernetes-based microservices, cloud-native and multi-cloud environments, data pipelines, and hybrid legacy systems. Teams using Sherlocks.ai typically see significant reductions in operational toil, faster incident resolution, improved uptime, and optimized cloud resource usage. The platform is built with enterprise-grade security, granular action controls, comprehensive audit logging, and SOC 2 Type compliance, with deployment options that support strict data privacy and security requirements.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing has one pricing option: a monthly subscription billed under a contract. You pay a flat monthly fee that covers up to 3,000 AI-driven incident investigations and access to the platform. An investigation is counted when the system receives an alert and dispatches AI agents to analyze it. Correlated alerts within the same incident window count as one investigation. The 3,000 figure sets the included usage cap for each monthly billing period, so pricing does not scale by user seat or infrastructure size.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly counts as one investigation for the 3,000 monthly cap?
An investigation starts when the system receives an alert from your monitoring tools and dispatches AI agents to analyze it. Correlated alerts within the same incident window count as a single investigation, not multiple. This means clustered alerts from one incident draw down your monthly allotment only once.
What happens if I go over the 3,000 investigations in a billing period?
The included cap covers up to 3,000 AI-driven investigations per monthly period. The available data does not specify overage charges or automatic upgrades once you pass that number. Contact the vendor to confirm how usage beyond the cap is handled for your account.
Does the monthly fee change based on team size or infrastructure scale?
No. You pay one flat monthly fee tied to the included investigation cap. Pricing does not meter by user seat, host, or infrastructure size. Your bill stays the same whether one engineer or a full team runs investigations, up to the 3,000 monthly limit.

Makes production incident investigation much faster

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how quickly it helps us understand what's actually happening during an incident. Instead of jumping between logs, metrics, and different tools, Sherlocks.ai brings everything together and gives us a clear starting point for the investigation. It saves time, reduces guesswork, and helps the team focus on fixing the problem instead of just searching for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major so far. There are a few areas where I'd like to see the product continue to improve, such as broader integrations and more customization in some workflows. But overall, it has been a positive experience and the team has been responsive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sherlocks.ai helps us reduce the time it takes to understand production incidents by bringing together the relevant signals in one place. Instead of manually piecing together logs, metrics, and service relationships, it gives us a clearer picture of what happened and where to start investigating. This has made incident response more efficient and helped the team spend less time searching for context and more time resolving issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Sherlocks.ai has changed how our developers and DevOps teams work together. Instead of long Slack threads and constant follow-ups, everyone now has the same real-time visibility into what’s happening, who is owning what, and what the next steps are. This shared context has reduced friction between teams and made collaboration during incidents and post-deployment checks dramatically smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
For very complex multi-service incidents, it sometimes takes a bit of tuning to get the right level of signal versus noise in the incident timelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sherlocks.ai helps us break down silos between product engineers and DevOps by giving both sides the same incident story. Developers no longer wait for operations to “translate” dashboards or logs and operations no longer chase engineers for context.
