Run AWS like you have a cloud center of excellence.
Sherpa is an AI platform for AWS, founded by former AWS team members. Our mission is to eliminate the complexity of cloud by turning your intent into optimized, secure and future-ready AWS. It's built for growing companies that run their product on AWS without a dedicated cloud team, where a few senior engineers handle cost, security and operations alongside the roadmap.
How to start
- Sign up at https://app.sherpa-agent.com/signup . A member of our team will be in touch soon.
- See Sherpa on your own AWS questions in a 30-minute demo.
- Confirm your band together in a pricing review, then accept a private offer or sign your order form.
- Connect your AWS organization on a 30-minute onboarding call, with one CloudFormation template.
Context and telemetry
Sherpa brings in your Cost and Usage Data, security posture, inventory and CloudWatch data, and joins it with your business context: the goals, documents and decisions your team adds. It all lives in one place, the Sherpa Knowledge Graph: every resource, what it costs, its risk, its owner and every decision made about it. Ask a question in plain English and get one answer grounded in your own AWS data.
Multi-domain agents
Agents for FinOps, SecOps, CloudOps and DevOps work on that shared context across every account, instead of one tool per domain.
- FinOps: idle and oversized resources, containers sized above what they use, and steady usage still billed at on-demand rates, each with a monthly dollar value.
- SecOps: CIS 3.0 and SOC 2 readiness checks, attack paths, identity risk, external exposure, and encryption and network checks. Sherpa measures readiness; it is not an audit or a certification.
- CloudOps and DevOps: daily CloudWatch metrics next to cost, slow and failing services, drift, resources outside infrastructure as code, and end-of-life runtimes and versions.
- Governance: every resource, who owns it, tagging coverage and foundation checks. Deep Research produces a cited report on any question about your environment, and admins can create personalized agents with their own instructions.
Modeled before you act
Sherpa sizes Savings Plans on the spend left after the cleanup, models a Private Pricing Agreement in its Private Pricing simulator, and tracks recommended against realized savings. The Migration Assessment (an add-on) produces a wave plan, a 3-year TCO, a workbook, a report and an executive deck from your own estate.
From finding to fix
Automate turns each finding into a plan your engineers can follow: steps, AWS CLI commands, and CloudFormation or Terraform. Sherpa never applies a fix. Your team reviews each plan and decides what to apply, and when.
How pricing works
Sherpa is priced on your AWS spend, not on seats: your band is set from your average monthly AWS spend over the last six months. It's a 12-month subscription paid quarterly, through an AWS Marketplace private offer or by invoice, and it renews automatically. Allowances are generous and never cut off. Real-time observability and the Migration Assessment are the only add-ons.
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Sherpa works with AWS only.
Highlights
- One context for your whole AWS estate. Sherpa joins your business goals with live cost, security, inventory and performance data from every account in the Sherpa Knowledge Graph.
- Multi-domain agents for FinOps, SecOps, CloudOps and DevOps work across every account, so senior engineers spend their time on architecture, not on investigating cost, security gaps or performance.
- Every finding comes with a fix plan: steps, AWS CLI, and CloudFormation or Terraform. Savings and pricing are modeled before you act. Sherpa never applies a fix; your team reviews each plan and decides.
