Collate offers one contract package on AWS Marketplace: the Premium Package. You pay for a single bundle that covers up to 25 users and 5,000 data assets. Pricing is quantity-based on units, so you buy the package as a set allocation rather than metering usage over time. Data assets count tables, views, streams, topics, dashboards, pipelines, jobs, ML models, reports, and containers. Supporting objects like charts, glossaries, tags, and test cases do not count against your asset limit. This single-tier structure gives you fixed capacity for users and assets under one commitment.

You can stay on the package and buy additional users and data assets based on your needs rather than being forced to change your commitment. Each plan carries information about the added cost for extra users and assets. Contact the vendor for the specific add-on details.
Data assets include tables, views, streams, topics, dashboards, pipelines, jobs, ML models, reports, and containers. Supporting objects such as charts, glossaries, tags, test cases, queries, conversation threads, tasks, policies, teams, and services do not count against your licensed limit. Those remain usable without reducing your asset allowance.
The package caps both metrics independently: 25 users and 5,000 data assets. You reach the boundary whenever either limit fills first, regardless of the other. Growing teams hit the user cap sooner; large data estates hit the asset cap sooner. You then add capacity for whichever metric you exceeded.
