You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Access the application via a browser at the URL provided in the Welcome email and also as an output of the Cloudformation template. This product collects the email for the administrator of the service. You will receive an email with a temp password to login for the first time. This email is used to set up the user in AWS Cognito, it is not shared or sent on to C2Data or any third party.
