By providing on-demand access to mobile data, we empower teams to solve 99% more of their issues than traditional crash reporting & RUM tools, in real-time, without waiting on an app release.
We focus on issues beyond an obvious crash, problems like ANRs, network connectivity, and out of memory errors. Our model is simple: log everything, but only store the data you really need. This gives you the benefit of incredible visibility into your app, without the outrageous price tag.
bitdrift was built by the team who built mobile observability at Twitter and Lyft, and is proud to support customers like Robinhood, Lyft, Atlassian, Peloton, and Favor Delivery.
bitdrift has a flexible pricing model based on unique monthly active devices(MADs) and designed to scale with you. Rather than charging you for every log line, we want you to have the freedom to capture as much telemetry as you can using on-device storage, and only persist what you need. This gives you the freedom to deeply understand the user experience in your app, without penalizing you for collecting that information. We strongly believe that this pricing model better aligns the vendor (us) with the customer (you). Stop worrying about blown quotas and surprise overages, and focus on fixing your customers issues.

Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
