Inspectors are equipped with the latest integrated, mobile technology to inspect all buildings, rental units, and common areas of rental properties. Tenants also benefit with access to important information about their property and inspection program by accessing the online 3Di RISE community portal.
At the core of this great technology is the 3Di Engage Platform. This low-code, secure foundation provides all the features necessary to support solutions for affordable housing, fire prevention, community engagement, and more.
SERVICES NOTE: In addition to the annual subscription costs, one-time 3Di implementation services will be REQUIRED at an additional cost. Data migration and API integrations services are also available.

Vendor refund policy
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' notice, if the other party materially breaches any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement. At the end of the thirty (30) days notice period, if there exists an unused balance of the annual subscription, that balance amount will be refunded within the following thirty (30) days.
