An investigation is one full alert triage completed by the AI analyst. Each license unit handles up to 4,000 investigations per year, roughly the annual output of a human tier 1 analyst. Alerts flow in from your connected security tools, and the AI agents investigate each one autonomously.
When you near your investigation limit, the vendor notifies you by email with a grace window. You can then purchase more license units to add capacity, so investigations continue without interruption. Capacity does not stop silently at the boundary.
Each unit includes unlimited users with no seat charges, all pre-built integrations with your security tools, and all alert categories. You also get threat intelligence feeds, an AI chatbot for ad-hoc investigations, engineering support, and an 8-hour customer support response target.
