There are a few steps to follow:
- Subscript the software from the AWS Marketplace
- Pickup your deploy region
- Go to VPC and EC2, and make sure you have the default VPC or user-defined VPC with IGW and Public Subnet created. At least an SSH Key Pair was created under the EC2 catalog.
- Enter your Cloudformation Stack Name. e.g. paraview-iam-us-east-1
- Follow the instructions and key in the necessary info. e.g., AccessCidr, PVC, Subnet, etc. (make sure the AccessCidr will be set to from your source CIDR e.g. your_ip/32 or 0.0.0.0/0 from anywhere)
- Check the "I acknowledge that AWS CloudFormation might create IAM resources with custom names" option.
- All the way "Next" and "Submit".
- Wait around 5 minutes, and check the Stack Output for your credential and portal info.
- If you need to ssh into the EC2 instance for troubleshooting. Please use the user ID: ec2-user and the ssh-key pair defined during installation.
