    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like the added call transcription and language change adaptations in smallest.ai. It's great that we didn't have to build a correction layer before showing it to customers. The language changes from English to different languages are transcribed perfectly, and the initial setup was really easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Documentation is very thin. It took us hit and trail to figure this out so you can improve there.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use smallest.ai for call transcription, meeting our enterprise customers' demands with ease. Its language adaptations save time by perfectly transcripting English to other languages without requiring a correction layer.

    I like that smallest.ai helps our QA team review twice the number of calls efficiently with its clean transcripts. The transcription keeps up with high call volumes without accuracy dropping, which is really impressive. Another feature I appreciate is that agents receive live captions while the customer is still speaking, which is incredibly practical.

    More granular reporting per agent.

    I appreciate how smallest.ai allowed us to validate our product without any delays, thanks to its feature Pulse. It shipped fast and didn't require revisiting every few weeks, which was important to us. When we presented it to users for the first time, the conversation felt real, enhancing the overall experience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Documentation for edge cases is thin. It took some hit and trial to figure out how it behaves when the connection drops mid conversation. It was a bit tricky in the beginning but we cracked it.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use smallest.ai for core transcription in our voice product, investor demos, and internal testing. We switched to smallest.ai because the transcription keeps pace with high call volumes without losing accuracy, which has changed how our agents handle calls. They get live captions while the customer is still speaking. We needed something we could ship fast and not have to revisit every few weeks. When we put it in front of users for the first time, the conversation felt real, and that's what we needed to validate the product. The initial setup was quite handy and doable.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    HIPAA-specific logging controls could be more granular on the platform side. We're mostly managing that now. Field level audit logging- Allow organizations to define exactly which PHI related fields are logged, masked, or excluded from logs.

    I use smallest.ai for transcription in our voice product and demos. It improved investor presentations and keeps up with high call volumes without losing accuracy. Live captions change how agents handle calls, making interactions more seamless.
