Easiest Voice Automation Setup in the Market!

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarded Voice AI suite for enterprises for a key use case we've had trouble automating, customer support. As a app which allowed for real life competition, we needed to find a way to service customer calls, even during late nights where the gaming situation was very high.

Turns out these guys are able to run agents to handle 24/7 interaction so that was a relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the templates available were very limited, when we deployed it at first, but thats changed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Customer Support
- Automating Inbound Voice Calls
- Less Overhead charges for contact centers

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience has been incredibly smooth. The implementation team worked closely with us to tailor the Voice AI for our property listings and client queries. Within weeks, we saw a jump in engagement and faster lead qualification.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to spend some initial time training the system to understand real estate-specific terminology, but once done, it worked seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me improve customer relations/service. Basically I run a real estate firm where the team needed more hands on deck, to allow ourselves to reach more people and provide our clients a better use experience. These agents will the calling in place allowed me to take things forward easily.
