    What do you like best about the product?
    I was surprised by the impressive language coverage that smallest.ai Pulse STT provides. It consistently handles regional calls in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Hindi with strong accuracy under a single API wrapper. This has reduced development complexity and improved transcription accuracy across different languages. I love that this feature allows us to deliver a more consistent experience for our global users. We switched to smallest.ai because it offers better accuracy for clinical terms and more reliable real-time transcription, which significantly reduced the amount of manual corrections our physicians had to make after consultations. I also appreciate how smallest.ai integrates with our electronic health record (EHR) system, internal documentation platform, and meeting management tools. This integration allows transcriptions and clinical notes to flow directly into patient records, reducing manual data entry and making the overall documentation process much more efficient.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The documentation around advanced configurations and concurrency handling could be improved. We also had to spend some extra time understanding certain implementation details, so more detailed examples and troubleshooting guides would make onboarding much smoother.

    I use Smallest.ai for real-time medical dictation and transcription. It ensures RBI-compliant transcripts and satisfies our legal team.     What do you like best about the product?
    I really like the added call transcription and language change adaptations in smallest.ai. It's great that we didn't have to build a correction layer before showing it to customers. The language changes from English to different languages are transcribed perfectly, and the initial setup was really easy.

    Documentation is very thin. It took us hit and trail to figure this out so you can improve there.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use smallest.ai for core transcription in our voice product, investor demos, and internal testing. We switched to smallest.ai because the transcription keeps pace with high call volumes without losing accuracy, which has changed how our agents handle calls. They get live captions while the customer is still speaking. We needed something we could ship fast and not have to revisit every few weeks. When we put it in front of users for the first time, the conversation felt real, and that's what we needed to validate the product. The initial setup was quite handy and doable.

    HIPAA-specific logging controls could be more granular on the platform side. We're mostly managing that now. Field level audit logging- Allow organizations to define exactly which PHI related fields are logged, masked, or excluded from logs.

    I really appreciate the response time of smallest.ai as it keeps conversations flowing smoothly and makes our demos sound real. The language transcription feature is fantastic when a client switches from English to another language like Spanish, providing clear translations in the summary. The Real Time Voice Transcription and Automation support are also crucial for our workflow. Additionally, Atoms and Lightning are highly valuable due to their use of compact models to process calls and schedule appointments. Our voice agent finally feels natural over the calls.

    We would have liked few more customization options. Like during setup we had to figure out some parts on our own.
