Unified Multilingual Operations with Speed
Reviewed on May 26, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly was surprised by the impressive language coverage of smallest.ai, as it consistently handles calls in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Hindi with strong accuracy. Having previously dealt with multiple STT vendors for different regions, using Pulse has unified everything under one API, simplifying operations significantly for our team. It saves a lot of time and made our voice agent feel production-ready with minimal delay, unlike our previous provider. Setting it up was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate more language specific WER reporting inside the dashboards. Right now it takes extra work to analyze performance language by language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use smallest.ai to eliminate delays in transcription, making our voice agent production ready. It unifies STT operations under one API, saving time and simplifying management, with strong language accuracy in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Hindi.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that with smallest.ai, for voice agents, latency is everything. With the pulse, there's no awkward pause after someone finishes speaking, making the conversational feel much more natural. Even investors pointed it out during demos. The quality of support and security is excellent. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more webhook options for streaming events. Implement Idempotency better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use smallest.ai for real-time voice transcription and automation. It solves latency issues, making conversations feel production-ready. The low latency and natural flow are notable benefits, and even investors noticed this improvement.

A Game-Changer for Real-Time Transcription and Language Switching

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the transcript works even on noisy calls or with heavy accents, providing live captions instantly while customers are speaking with almost no lag. The Hindi-English switching accuracy is impressive, as our customers often switch languages mid-sentence, and most STT tools break during that, but smallest.ai handles it surprisingly well. The initial setup was really easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics dashboard can have more detailed reporting and deeper insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
smallest.ai provides real-time transcriptions with minimal lag, improving our agents' handle time. It handles language switching, like Hindi-English, seamlessly, even during noisy calls with heavy accents. This solves problems we faced with previous tools, where such features frequently failed.

Robust Compliance and Redaction Made Simple
Reviewed on May 12, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I use smallest.ai for compliance-grade call logging, PII redaction, and dispute evidence transcription. What I love most about Smallest.ai are the automatic PII and PCI redaction features built directly into the transcript. This means I don't need a separate masking layer, as card numbers, account details, and personal data are all stripped before it hits our data warehouse. This built-in redaction reduced our data governance overhead and gave our legal team peace of mind. Plus, the initial setup was quite smooth and straightforward. Overall, I would rate it a 10/10. The platform was easy to set up and use, and the experience has been positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding docs for the redaction configuration needed a bit of back and forth with support to fine-tune. It would be helpful to have more examples in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find smallest.ai helpful for getting RBI-compliant call transcripts, reducing our data governance overhead, and providing our legal team peace of mind. Its built-in PII and PCI redaction means we avoid a separate compliance vendor, protecting sensitive information before it reaches our data warehouse.

Fast, Reliable Voice Stack with Low Latency and Easy API Integration
Reviewed on Apr 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about smallest.ai is how fast and reliable the voice stack feels compared to most alternatives I’ve tried. The latency is noticeably low, which makes a big difference when you’re building real-time or near real-time experiences. The APIs are also very straightforward to integrate, so you can go from idea to a working prototype pretty quickly without a lot of overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I want more control or transparency over how the models behave - especially when fine-tuning output for specific use cases. It works well out of the box, but getting very precise/personalised outputs can take some trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smallest.ai is solving the problem of building fast, reliable voice experiences without having to deal with heavy infrastructure or complex setups. Traditionally, getting speech-to-text or text-to-speech working well, especially in real-time, takes a lot of effort around latency, scaling, and model tuning. Smallest.ai abstracts most of that away.
For me, the biggest benefit has been speed of execution. I can quickly test and ship voice-driven features without worrying too much about performance or backend complexity.

Onboarded Voice AI suite for enterprises for a key use case we've had trouble automating, customer support. As a app which allowed for real life competition, we needed to find a way to service customer calls, even during late nights where the gaming situation was very high.
Turns out these guys are able to run agents to handle 24/7 interaction so that was a relief.
