    Service Level Agreement - ComdaCare This document lists the support and maintenance services plan (the "Services") that Comda Ltd. ("Comda") provides for a fee to the program customers for the systems included in the plan and specified in the contract document between Comda and the customer. The provision of the services is conditional on the payment of the service fee and is subject to all the conditions, restrictions and exceptions set forth in this document.

    1. The Services covered by this Agreement 1.1 System failure in the production environment or pre-production environment or test environment. 1.2 System behavior being different from that agreed and installed in the production environment or pre-production or test environment. 1.3 Clarification and / or special requests for the customer systems that through an interface are connected to the supplier systems (Comda) and it seems as if their function is impaired as a result of a malfunction of the supplier systems (Comda). Sometimes the phenomenon results from a version update of one of the client systems. In this case, if special development is required, the development fee is not included in the terms of the serice and should be paid additionally.
