Hire full-time employees in 130+ countries without setting up a local entity.
Deel acts as the legal employer - managing contracts, new hire compliance,
payroll, tax filings, and statutory benefits directly through owned in-country
infrastructure.
The Employer of Record built on owned entities, not a partner network
Deels EOR enables businesses to hire, onboard, and pay full-time employees in
130+ countries with Deel as the legal employer. No local entity required, no
upfront legal costs, no multi-vendor coordination. Unlike EOR aggregators that
route employment through third-party local partner networks - introducing data
handoffs, service inconsistencies, and accountability gaps - Deel owns its local
entities in every country it operates. Your employees contract, payroll,
mandatory benefits, and tax filings are managed by Deel directly, not
subcontracted to a local partner.
Hire compliantly in any country in under 2 days
Traditional international hiring through entity setup, local lawyers, and payroll
vendor procurement can take months and cost tens of thousands before the first
hire is onboarded. Deels EOR eliminates that entirely:
Compliant contracts, generated in minutes: Locally compliant employment
agreements are generated automatically for each country, pre-configured for
local labor law requirements, with e-signature built in and end-to-end
onboarding starting as soon as the contract is signed.
Fully managed payroll: Employer-side registrations, payroll tax calculations,
statutory deductions, and regulatory filings are managed by Deel in every
active country, with leading cut-off time for payroll approval submission on
20th of the month and real-time payroll calculations.
Always-on compliance: We ensure local compliance, including work authorization,
equity, leave, and expense management. Local legal/HR/payroll experts can
resolve country-specific questions without bouncing you between providers.
Attractive, employee-friendly packages: Locally relevant benefits packages
administered by Deels in-country teams, configurable compensation packages,
including quotas, bonuses, and more, as well as on-demand salary access
through Anytime Pay - giving your international hires an employment experience
that matches the standard of local market employers, regardless of where
theyre based.
Highlights
Owned entities in 130+ countries - not a partner network:
Deel owns local entities in 130+ countries and manages employment directly. No
third-party subcontractors, no accountability gaps, and no data shared outside
the Deel platform. One contract, one SLA, and complete ownership of the
employment relationship.
Support of any work arrangement:
Deel goes beyond remote employment. Our EOR supports employment of remote,
on-site and field workers, meaning you can onboard people who work at home or in
the office, at the shopping floor or in the high-risk, rotational environment or
operate heavy equipment.
Speed across the entire employment lifecycle:
Onboard new hires in as little as 2 days, submit payroll as late as the 20th of
the month, and get support in your language and timezone.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

This listing uses one pricing dimension. You pay a monthly fee for each employee placed on the employer of record model. The fee applies per person, so your cost scales directly with the number of employees you hire this way. There are no separate tiers or bundles to choose from. Adding another employee adds another monthly fee at the same per-employee rate. Removing an employee lowers your cost accordingly. This keeps billing straightforward: your total each month reflects how many employees you employ through the service.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one employee for the monthly per-employee fee?
One unit is one worker you hire through the employer of record model. The provider owns the local entity and places that person on its payroll, though they still work for you. Each person you onboard this way counts as one billable unit, charged each month.
Does the monthly fee cover onboarding, benefits, compliance, and termination for each employee?
The per-employee fee covers hiring, onboarding, HR admin, localized statutory benefits, contracts, and termination handling under local labor laws. The provider manages compliance across the employee lifecycle. Actual wages, taxes, and any optional benefits you choose to add are separate from the per-employee service fee.
How does my bill change when I add or remove an employee mid-month?
Cost scales per person. Each employee on the employer of record model adds one monthly fee at the same per-employee rate. Onboarding can happen in as little as one day. Removing an employee lowers your total. There are no tiers, so the rate per person stays the same regardless of headcount.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Deel Employer of Record is to include the employees' bonus amounts on the platform. They receive quarterly bonus amounts, and that is what I need to include.
I can give you a quick, specific example of how I use Deel Employer of Record to handle those bonus amounts: each end of the quarter, when I receive the bonus amounts, I go on the platform, click on the employee's profile, go into the contract details, and click on the add option. That is how I include the bonus amount, detailing the date, the specific exact amount, and the currency. I then save it, and the employee receives it at the end of the month.
Regarding my main use case with Deel Employer of Record, I also add employees on the platform so we employ employees through Deel where the company does not have an entity. Additionally, we offboard them if we no longer want to work with the employee, and if any salary changes for the employee occur, we also need to include the new salary on the platform.
What is most valuable?
I find that the best features Deel Employer of Record offers include the ability to employ people in many countries, which means we don't need to open an entity in a specific country. Instead, we can work with Deel, and they can employ the employee in many countries around the world.
To elaborate on how the feature of employing people in many countries without opening a local entity has helped my team, our company has an entity in just a few countries, but we need employees in specific countries where they can work with customers. That is why they don't need to move to another country where the company has an entity; they can work from their own country, and Deel can employ these employees.
Deel Employer of Record has positively impacted my organization because the cost is very good and very positive for our company. We checked other companies as well, but Deel offers the best prices. I have noticed specific outcomes such as the customer success manager being very helpful, and the fact that Deel uses a Slack channel has reduced time for both me and my colleagues. We can use Slack, where Deel employees or customer managers answer very quickly, compared to before when we used email and the response was a little slower.
What needs improvement?
To improve Deel Employer of Record, regarding the expense reports, it is not very helpful for the employees that they receive their expenses only once a month together with their salary. If we could do a more frequent payment, such as a weekly or bi-weekly payment for them, that would be helpful.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Deel Employer of Record for three and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Deel Employer of Record is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Regarding scalability, I think Deel Employer of Record is very scalable. We can find a lot of information on the platform and can compare it to other companies if we need to, and it is very good.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support for Deel Employer of Record is very helpful. We use Slack, and the customer support answers there very fast. Whenever we need something, they respond or resolve the problem within one day, 24 hours.
I would rate the customer support for Deel Employer of Record a 10. They are very helpful.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used Globalization Partners before switching to Deel Employer of Record; we switched because of the price, as we had a better deal with Deel.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment; it happened that some employees were terminated from Deel, but it was not because of the cost. It was due to the company's decision.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I cannot provide exact details about my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing because the people team was involved in this. The CEO managers within the people team discussed the prices with Deel; I was not involved.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Deel Employer of Record, I did evaluate other options, including Papaya.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Deel Employer of Record is that they should have a meeting with someone from Deel to get a better view of Deel or of the platform. They can learn about how many countries Deel works in and how they can support the companies. They can get more information about the packages and the prices, so it is definitely worth reaching out to someone. I would rate Deel Employer of Record with a 10 overall.
