one application which survive & support mostly all type of cameras with user friendly.

Milestone care plus renewal license is costlier

Good integration with most brands of CCTV and integration via plugins.

The smartphone app and management console need to be modernised.

Rock-Solid Stability Once Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the stability of it once it is setup.

I don't very much like the feel of the GUI, as it seems slightly dated.

They are continuously building upgrades to further the programs stability and security. This benefits me by not having to fear intrusion or breaches in security.
Easy to use and broad compatibility
What do you like best about the product?
Many different devices supported and fairly easy to use for people how are used to navigate in a windows environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is the cancellation of essential+. I just it allot to let customers test the system. I liked that i had basically full functionality. I was also a nice tool to use to teach new colleagues about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to convert systems that have a mix of cameras and integration of the axis brand makes my days easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The Simplicity of the Smart Client, different ways to customize roles for users, and the integration of our systems such as our 2N doorbell cameras.
I also wanted to add that we really appreciate the speed, understanding, and problem solving of your technical support. Every time I have called in, we would also finish our conversation with a solution to the given situation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no initial dislikes from our Company regarding the service. 1 dislike that is minor, is the management client is not as simplistic as the smart client, but this could also be because I am still learning the smart client in its entirety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xprotect is our VMS for our entire district. It covers the views for all of the cameras to help with maintaining a high level of security for not only our users, but for our community at large.

GUI and integration third party application i.e ACS, BMS etc.

Previously it was analytics part but now it's already done by briefcam by milestone.

Support part from milestone is amazing which help us to decrease the down time of customer.

Great video compression simple to use. Smooth video on live and playback.

Management software side needs searchable parameters. This will help when you have large lists of users and cameras.
