Quick Visitor Engagement and Advanced Routing That Speeds Up Meeting Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it lets us quickly engage visitors across our website. We can also set up advanced routing, which helps us schedule meetings faster and more efficiently. The team that helped us get set up (Matthew & Sarah) has been incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has a very complex set of routing rules, which made the initial setup and ongoing management somewhat cumbersome. I’d also like to see improvements to the Admin UI to make administration clearer and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly engage with visitors, making it easier for them to navigate our website and make decisions. We’re also able to connect with them at the right time and in the right way.

Qualified Transformed Our Inbound: User-Friendly Platform + Outstanding CSM Support

What do you like best about the product?
There were, frankly, a bunch of different aspects of my experience with Qualified that I loved!

The first, and maybe the most important, as is the case with any platform, is our relationship with our CSM, Andrew Ritter. Andrew was always responsive, helpful, and thorough, walking us through even the more complex aspects of the platform with ease and understanding. That cordial simplification of the process was extremely helpful considering that we were building out an AI SDR function from scratch.

Which brings me to the second aspect of the Qualified experience that I was such a fan of, being, of course, the product. While undeniably a complex tool, given enablement by Andrew and Co, the platform actually is a very user-friendly experience.

Whether we were utilizing inbound follow-up and scheduling using Revvy, our AI SDR Qualified helped us build, enabling the bot to speak clearly and knowledgeably about our org and its products, or using Qualified for a large amount of email follow-up campaigns, with just a little tutelage, all of those processes were very easy to be built out.

Which leads to my third and final aspect, which was the results we saw! On finalizing our AI SDR and email campaign processes, Revvy became our number one source of inbound revenue by a substantial margin, in a process that was very well-received both by the marketing org as well as sales leaders and reps.

Overall, it's an excellent product, and we legitimately would not have had an inbound function, let alone such a SUCCESSFUL inbound function as we had, without Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the lack of ability for more specific goals to be carried out, outside of our AI SDR wanting to book a meeting, was a bit frustrating when it came to wanting to utilize Revvy for nurture or awareness motions. But our CSM, Andrew, made us aware that this is a function that's right around the corner, so this won't be a gripe for long!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling the vacuum of our inbound function left after the dismantling of our RDR team was by far the biggest benefit. And not only did we need something to replace RDRs, but we needed something that could actually drive substantial inbound results, with ease of use for marketing to construct and run and account directors and sales to follow up on.

What do you like best about the product?
Lily Weller, who has been our Qualified success architect over the past few months has been so helpful and knowledgeable about getting our AI SDR, Charity set up on the site and launching campaigns. Qualified's AI SDR has helped us get to 72.4% meeting offered to book rate, 24/7 AI SDR coverage with intelligent Q&A and qualification, as well as automated email coverage to close the gap on inbound leads that come to our site. I would very much recommend the Qualified team to other B2B companies looking to streamline their website visits and take advantage of the AI SDR (Piper) function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say about Qualified, any suggestions we have recommended that would make our lives easier was well-received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us easily match visitors on our site with a sales member to help booking meetings, automating outreach to organizations through the AI SDR post events, webinars, etc. Qualified has really helped us streamline our workflows and make sure we are touching every visitor that hits our website! Very pleased with our use of Qualified and excited to continue working on new workflows with their amazing team!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the AI SDR in Qualified is very engaging and helps us capture leads even outside of business hours. I also appreciate the targeted messaging based on customer behavior; it's fantastic. The initial setup was unbelievably easy, and Cormac, our Success Architect, is beyond amazing. He's helpful, knowledgeable, and accountable.

Streamlined Our Lead Handling with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I find the admin interface of Qualified easy to use. It's really quick and easy to set up the AI SDR without requiring any technical know-how, letting you get up and running very quickly. You can set up the AI SDR by asking it to crawl sitemaps and provide content to refer to such as sales enablement decks. It's also easy to score answers and provide rules so answers provided are accurate and useful. The Qualified customer support manager provided expertise and technical hands-on support throughout the onboarding process, making the initial setup happen within a matter of weeks, which was critical in turning things around fast. The platform itself is easy to use, and the Qualified team support have been available and provided expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide training support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. My experience so far is in using Qualified for one market and one language only so I don't know how well one instance supports multiple markets, websites and languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides real-time answers to FAQs, reducing the need for sales teams to handle these queries. This allows them to focus on revenue generating work - chatting with leads with buying intent, and joining meetings with leads that have been booked via the AI SDR.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Qualified's user-friendly UI and support. Since it's easy to use, my team doesn't have to spend time understanding the tool, allowing us to focus on our visitors and have conversations. The easy UI also made the initial setup super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI capabilities in Qualified, as they enable proactive engagement with high-value website visitors and help teams operate more efficiently. The continued focus on AI innovation, including Qualified’s agentic marketing platform and AI SDR, along with a strong emphasis on B2B sales, were key factors in our decision to move from our previous solution. The implementation process was straightforward and required collaboration across our Marketing Ops and RevOps teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the ability to send conversation transcripts or have a connection with Zendesk to transfer our chats to the support team if needed.

Game-Changer for SMB Pipeline with Seamless Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I really love using Bella AI SDR from Qualified for chat because it allows us to handle more chats than our SDRs could manage manually. It's a huge help for generating pipeline for SMB. I also love using Bella AI email. If someone goes to book a meeting but doesn't complete it, they are placed into a drip campaign where every email is generated with Bella's generative text, which is great for capturing more revenue and ensuring interested people don't fall through the cracks. Bella AI SDR helps manage more quality chats, filtering out those not related to sales and connecting warm leads with a human. Bella AI email manages our nurture campaigns, making sure leads don't fall through the cracks once they try to book a meeting and don't complete it. The Qualified team made the setup super easy, they were really hands-on with enabling us to understand the product. The interface is simple, making it easy for SDRs to use and confidently provide feedback. All the reps on my team love using Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We need to do more internal planning to better maximize the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to manage more chats than our SDRs could handle manually. Bella AI SDR filters non-sales chats and connects warm leads to humans, saving SDRs time. Bella AI email ensures no lead falls through the cracks, capturing more pipeline and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is critical for routing inbound meetings quickly and accurately. It’s easy to configure, reliable at scale, and we’ve been able to extend our GTM motion using the agentic platform and AI SDR capabilities. On top of that, the customer success team is exceptional - knowledgeable, responsive, and fast to resolve issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the UI can feel less intuitive than expected, especially when navigating logic or deeper configuration settings. Some workflows require extra clicks or context that isn’t always obvious upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of slow, missed, or misrouted inbound demand. It captures and qualifies inbound intent in real time across chat and forms, then routes it correctly without manual triage. The benefit for us is faster response times, better visibility into inbound activity, and higher conversion from conversations to meetings through more consistent routing and follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate functions with a human approach and the customer support is top tier. Lauren and Elle have been committed to ensuring success. They have held our hand through multiple transitions and always dependable to get our initiatives launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the personalization features still feel like they are in development. It is not a blocker since our account manager is highly responsive and helps us across every hurdle.

The AI SDR has allowed us to completely automate our SDR function while improving both speed and quality of follow-up. The AI SDR ensures instant, personalized outreach based on specific campaigns — something that was difficult to execute consistently with human SDRs, where follow-ups were sometimes delayed or lacked detail.

The AI SDR excels at delivering timely, campaign-aware follow-up across events, forms, and initiatives, ensuring no qualified prospect falls through the cracks. As a result, qualified prospects are routed directly to our sellers faster, creating more meaningful conversations and a more efficient buying experience overall.
