What do you like best about the product?
I really like the offers, AI SDRs, and Piper email features in Qualified. The offers help with a formless experience, creating more conversions for Tier 1 launches. The AI SDRs have increased our conversations with users and more meetings are being booked. Additionally, the Piper email feature is a standout for me. Since launching, we have boosted engagement and improved user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could A/B test on Qualified offers. If we are promoting to a large audience it would be useful to test several pop-ups to see what performs better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for web promotions, boosting engagement, and improving user experience. Offers create more conversions, while AI SDRs increase conversations and meetings. The Piper email is also beneficial.
Impressive AI with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Qualified to be really cool and impressive, especially the AI functionality that responds to our clients. The tool provides valuable support in today's market. Jennifer Schneider, our onboarding contact and representative, has been amazing. Her ability to simplify tasks and walk us through the process is rare and greatly supports our team during the launch. Despite the setup being complex and multi-step involving various departments, Jennifer's support made it pretty easy by clarifying steps and working with us over the holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited Eloqua as the primary connection experience, and is primarly as Salesforce connected tool. With more clients, comes more experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified resolves our data breach issues, accelerates time to revenue, and improves customer engagement with relevent questions and by enabling quick scheduling with the right sales rep, or next step in our funnel process.
Intuitive and Efficient Lead Generation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses use Qualified for our website forms and buttons, gathering leads with the meeting booker and the AI SDR. I appreciate that it helps us generate lots of leads and operationalize many marketing processes. I like the UI and that it is easy to navigate and learn. The meeting booker and the AI SDR or AI email campaigns are features I value the most. Even though some of the build-out is a bit involved, the team supports us well in that area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the build-out seems a bit overly involved and cumbersome, but Lily does a great job of supporting our team with that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us generate lots of leads and operationalize many marketing processes.
Revolutionized Our Prospecting with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Qualified allows us to have someone on the website around the clock, which is helpful because our live chat BDRs don't work after hours, holidays, or weekends. I love having our AI SDR, Casey, available all the time. What I like most about Qualified is honestly the sales experience, starting with Avery, who did an amazing job. The BDR did a great job as well, and Avery has been fantastic in supporting us with timely follow-up and availability. Cormac has been amazing, attentive, and able to work with a large group like us while keeping us moving forward. He is very responsive to the questions we've had since purchasing Qualified. The product itself is exemplary, but the sales experience is honestly what sold it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The live chat side of Qualified can be a bit confusing/busy in certain areas when it comes to UI and functionality. Being able to see the pop-up at the top of the screen for more than 10 seconds, or have a way to get to a list of those would help a lot. Additionally, I would love to see lead routing or lead distribution capabilities added, as that is an absolute need for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us identify high intent site visitors who don't fill out forms, potentially great customers or prospects. It provides 24/7 AI support, ensuring coverage when our live chat BDRs are off, enhancing our outbound pipeline and lead generation.
Reliable email performance and quality conversations
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a great experience with Qualified. Across multiple outbound and event follow-up campaigns, we’ve consistently seen 53–82% open rates and solid reply rates, which is well above what we typically expect from email. The personalization is a big reason for that and the emails don’t feel automated and prospects actually engage.
Using Qualified, we’ve booked high-quality meetings with companies like General Motors, and campaign setup is extremely fast and intuitive. The platform is easy to use, makes it simple to personalize at scale, and the email quality is excellent. Support, Usman specifically, has also been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only small improvement I’d call out is around reply visibility. It would be nice to see all replies in a single, centralized view instead of having to search for them across campaigns. That said, it’s a minor thing, and the team is always open to feedback and very receptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us with email nurturing and live chat, and honestly a big win has been avoiding the usual email deliverability issues. Our emails actually land in inboxes and get engagement, instead of getting lost or flagged.
Because of that, we’ve seen better open and reply rates and more real conversations turning into meetings. It’s made outreach feel easier and more effective without the usual email headaches.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI engine can miss the mark in the beginning if you're not really intentional about how you prompt it. But, our CSM has been really great in offering suggestions to optimize the experience so it's improving all the time and my confidence in the AI SDR's outreach is improving everyday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale our inbound chatbot capabilities and to reduce the cold outbound for our SDRs so they're only handling warm leads.
CSM Austin Helped Us Unlock a Ton of Value
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM Austin has really helped us get a ton of value from the platform. This tool requires a lot of configuration to make it work for your specific needs and he has helped tremendously.

Intuitive Platform with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
Their AI Chat bot feature has leveled up our TOFU pipeline through higher website conversions. On top of that it saves our GTM team a significant amount of time since we no longer have to staff full time chatters. Im excited to start expanding this capability further by leveraging their AI Email campaigns

I think Qualified is doing a great job, no further critiques here.

Qualified helps us provide a resource to our customers and prospects in real time, and brings in top-of-funnel pipeline through its meeting scheduling feature.
Quick Visitor Engagement and Advanced Routing That Speeds Up Meeting Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it lets us quickly engage visitors across our website. We can also set up advanced routing, which helps us schedule meetings faster and more efficiently. The team that helped us get set up (Matthew & Sarah) has been incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has a very complex set of routing rules, which made the initial setup and ongoing management somewhat cumbersome. I’d also like to see improvements to the Admin UI to make administration clearer and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly engage with visitors, making it easier for them to navigate our website and make decisions. We’re also able to connect with them at the right time and in the right way.
Qualified Transformed Our Inbound: User-Friendly Platform + Outstanding CSM Support
What do you like best about the product?
There were, frankly, a bunch of different aspects of my experience with Qualified that I loved!
The first, and maybe the most important, as is the case with any platform, is our relationship with our CSM, Andrew Ritter. Andrew was always responsive, helpful, and thorough, walking us through even the more complex aspects of the platform with ease and understanding. That cordial simplification of the process was extremely helpful considering that we were building out an AI SDR function from scratch.
Which brings me to the second aspect of the Qualified experience that I was such a fan of, being, of course, the product. While undeniably a complex tool, given enablement by Andrew and Co, the platform actually is a very user-friendly experience.
Whether we were utilizing inbound follow-up and scheduling using Revvy, our AI SDR Qualified helped us build, enabling the bot to speak clearly and knowledgeably about our org and its products, or using Qualified for a large amount of email follow-up campaigns, with just a little tutelage, all of those processes were very easy to be built out.
Which leads to my third and final aspect, which was the results we saw! On finalizing our AI SDR and email campaign processes, Revvy became our number one source of inbound revenue by a substantial margin, in a process that was very well-received both by the marketing org as well as sales leaders and reps.
Overall, it's an excellent product, and we legitimately would not have had an inbound function, let alone such a SUCCESSFUL inbound function as we had, without Qualified.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the lack of ability for more specific goals to be carried out, outside of our AI SDR wanting to book a meeting, was a bit frustrating when it came to wanting to utilize Revvy for nurture or awareness motions. But our CSM, Andrew, made us aware that this is a function that's right around the corner, so this won't be a gripe for long!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling the vacuum of our inbound function left after the dismantling of our RDR team was by far the biggest benefit. And not only did we need something to replace RDRs, but we needed something that could actually drive substantial inbound results, with ease of use for marketing to construct and run and account directors and sales to follow up on.
