Versatile and friendly tool for your digital content management and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The AI working abilities and AI integration process with various third party platform is an interesting feature in the platform. This are much easier and quick to implement and get results too.
The searching and sorting feature is so great and quick in this solution. Allows to find our the content , images or files by just entering the reference of name.
This software basically helps the remote working people to work and integrate seamlessly from any place and ensure to easily share the files, data or manage the digital data or assets safely. Keeping the assets always secured and it even takes the back up of the files too automatically.
This is even giving complete access to the web portals and calculating or visualizing the working abilities and process.
There is one best and most useful feature in this platform, by which you can save one data or folder into multiple locations by adding comments, keywords for easy access.

What do you dislike about the product?
The working abilities and processing speed are quite slower on the web portal of the software, the application does only works smoothly and well all around.

Canto is worked and tried to be the best advanced software to manage our digital assets and keeping the documents, images or other type of docs or assets saved on this. All the content saved and processed on this portal are easy to navigate, keeps back up data of all also stored in this.

What do you like best about the product?
Canto has the ability to quickly turns a messy pile of files into something that actually feel organized. I would like to say that this tool quietly makes your workday easier and you not need to think much about it, with the help of it you'll be spending less time in searching for things and will get more time to real work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
About it's interface i would like to say that it feels a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped in solving the problems that came related to tracking of photos, videos and design files. Earlier everything was in random folders, our most of the time was consuming in searching the things in folders. But with the help of Canto, everything is in a clear space and the tagging makes it easy to pull up exactly what i need without digging.
Effortless Photo Search Makes Campus Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find photos. I work in a school where we have 3 campuses and finding pics for my specific campus is so much easier than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no select all button. You have to click 1 photo for the tiny button to appear that selects all. it's just not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in charge of changing up the photos on the televisions around the campus. The capability of downloading 100's of photos is really nice. The email link and subsequent download is fast and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Canto provides a nice repository for our videos and photos, allowing us to share them with anglers and sponsors in a seamless way. I also like that the price of Canto is competitive compared to its competitors, and after renegotiating our contract, the service provided for the cost is favorable. Additionally, I find the initial setup to be super easy, and the sales and tech representatives are knowledgeable and assist us every step of the way, making the process smooth and supportive.

Nothing really.. we have pretty simple workflow and it works great.

Efficient Asset Management with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Canto significantly eases our workflow by allowing graphic designers to quickly provide assets that are easily downloadable in various formats and sizes, which is incredibly efficient. I appreciate having full access to our correct content and product specifications at any given moment, ensuring that we always have the most up-to-date information at our fingertips. I particularly like the Product Information Management (PIM) feature; it simplifies searching by SKU or ASIN and I enjoy the convenience of having images attached to the content, which accelerates content management and retrieval processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface clunky, which makes the transition between PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) jarring. When using the DAM, I often get lost because it lacks visual cues that were present in the previous software I used, Image Relay, which had automatic images for every folder. This makes it challenging to locate needed items quickly, as I now have to rely more on reading rather than visual skimming, leading to increased mental fatigue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canto to efficiently distribute assets from our designers and ensure access to accurate content and specs, streamlining image and text storage and retrieval for Amazon listings.
User-Friendly Platform with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate Canto, making it user-friendly and efficient. I also enjoy the up-to-date and modern aesthetic of the platform, which enhances my & my clients experience. The hands-on training provided with an actual person was excellent, and I love having someone available to talk to for support. I truly appreciate how much they listened to us along the way, ensuring that Canto works exactly how I envisioned it. The ability to customize Canto to fit my specific needs and dreams for a platform is a feature I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that when using the search bar in Canto, it searches through every single artist folder I have, instead of allowing me or my clients to search specifically by an artist's name. This makes the process of finding specific artwork cumbersome, as they have to sort through irrelevant results. I'd love to be able to search by subject AND artist's name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canto as an extensive database for my art licensing, posting all artists' work there. It enables client guests to browse at their own pace, saving to folders and feeling like they are seeing and using something really special.
AI-Powered Image Search Shines, But Slow Web Loading Frustrates
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI integration in Canto where it makes my work so much easier and faster. I just type in a keyword, and it instantly finds the images I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer having a desktop version of the software instead of relying solely on the web-based application. Similar to Dropbox, I believe this would help improve accessibility and performance, as the current loading time for Canto is quite slow and can sometimes cause inconvenience for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who is working with images regularly, I find Canto extremely helpful in making it easier to search and organize visuals. However, the process of uploading images from Dropbox — which we currently use, tends to be quite time-consuming. It often feels slow and can be challenging when time is critical. I hope there will be improvements or a more seamless integration between Dropbox and Canto in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use corporate-wide is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extra costs for Hubspot integration. Adobe integration isn't as smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canto is now our main asset library for our corporate staff to use/access. Instead of rummaging through our OneDrive folders, now they can go directly to that library and access what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and well-organized the platform is. The interface makes it easy to upload, manage, and find assets quickly, and the search and tagging features are very efficient.
The customer support has been excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout the onboarding process. The system is stable, visually clear, and flexible enough to adapt to different team needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I particularly dislike so far. I’m still in the learning phase, so some features take a bit of time to fully understand and use efficiently. A few workflows could be more intuitive for new users, but overall the experience has been very positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re still in the early stages of using Canto, but it already seems very promising for helping us centralize and organize a large number of photos and communication materials from our grantees and partners. Having everything in one place will make it much easier for our team to find, share, and reuse visual content across reports, presentations, and social media. We believe it will greatly improve collaboration, save time, and ensure consistency in our communications.
